My wife and I loved the European Village and our condo. Our host Tim was wonderful, he told us of many beaches and places to go nearby and we went to almost all of them. It's a beautiful area and we can't wait to go back.

My husband, 1 year old, and myself booked this condo. It was clean, close to beach, close to amenities, and driving distance to St. Augustine and Daytona. The property manager Tim was awesome. Fantastic Stay

The condo at European Village was wonderful! The property manager gave great directions for an easy check in, information about the condo, useful information about surrounding attractions, and easy check out instructions. The condo was very clean and included all of the amenities needed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the full size kitchen was a great addition. We found the village below to be wonderful with many restaurants and an overall welcoming environment! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!

What a nice place!

Impeccably clean, with attention to the details, meeting all the needs the traveller can have this beautiful condo is located just minutes drive form the beaches. Host is extremely cooperative. This place has all you could need and decorated so tastefully. Also, we loved Saturday market just in front of our windows, small restaurants and boutiques, indeed it has an European flavour. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Definitely a beautiful vacation

Myself and my husband stayed in Tim’s property this past 5 days. It was an amazing time! Tim was absolutely wonderful with suggestions of things to do and see in the local area. The property was amazing and so inviting! European Village is absolutely amazing to stay at has shops, restaurants and even a little farmers market on Sunday. Before we even checked out myself and my husband were already thinking of the next time we can stay down in Florida and we will definitely be renting from Tim again!

So clean and well appointed!

Wonderful stay, perfect comfy beds, and well appointed! The condo was clean and all that we needed was there. I was impressed with the cleanliness and clean lines in the decor, too! The only difficulty was the whole door code issue at first—once we understood that the “hallway door” was the initial door then we were fine. The only disappointment =no plug for the tub if we wanted a bath.

Felt like we were in a different country

Our stay at the European Village was unique. We truly felt like we were in a different country. The atmosphere was magical. The condo was clean and cute. Definitely best for two people as there wasn’t much seating. However, a quick elevator ride downstairs took you to the beautiful courtyard with music and lights, food and drinks. The condo provided all the kitchen staples needed. The security of the building and room were outstanding. We will definitely visit again!

Palm Coast gem!

While I agree the overall upkeep of European Village needs updating, the unit we stayed in was awesome! It was perfect for me and my husband who were visiting our adult children who live in Palm Coast. The unit is modern, and has all the creature comforts one needs when they are away from home. The owner has done a great job anticipating a travelers needs. We did not cook, but the kitchen was great-again full size appliances along with coffee maker and dishes. This property will be our fist choice the next time we visit Palm Coast! Thank you.

Convenient

Music plays at night until bars close which can be distracting if you are a light sleeper. One elevator per bldg. can be challenging when someone is moving in or out. The Bldg. is starting to show some aging fresh exterior maintenance would make quite a difference.

Good room

Good overall. This room does not have a balcony like it showed in the pictures. One just so you can open the doors. At check out we had to wash towels but had to provide our own laundry soap. There were also no wash rags in the room to bathe with. We had to buy our own. Just a few things to take in to consideration for future VRBOers.

Noisier than expected, but decent room

Spent 5 nights here over New Years
 Pros: Very clean, very well appointed with soap, trash bags, towels, beach towels & blankets, washer & dryer with laundry detergent, super comfy beds, two flat screen TVs, stove, microwave, dishwasher, small bistro table for 2 (4 chairs but that would be tight for dining), Juliette balcony overlooking large courtyard, two sinks in bathroom, elevator to 4th floor where the room was. Kitchen and living areas were modern and up to date. Cons: Way too noisy, music from restaurants play all day and night, didn’t know there was a New Year’s Eve party in the courtyard with several hundred people partying with a live band until 2am (owner should have known and let us know, we would have not booked if we knew), other nights not quite as bad, but still it was a huge annoyance, toilet ran and flushing was difficult at times, you need to be comfortable with stepping up and down two steps into the shower, very precarious especially when you are wet. Limited counter space and small sink made for difficulties in making dinner and cleaning up. Light was out in the bathroom by vanity, owner did not send instructions for check in before we got there, which made it stressful when trying to figure out all the steps needed to check in, only one parking spot for check in, so had to double park to unload car as it was taken by someone who was there for over an hour. Cigars allowed in several outdoor areas of the bars and restaurants on the first floor, which wafted up to the apartment, apartment only has the two French doors for light (no windows), and doors had blinds that you couldn’t raise up so if you wanted good light you had to open the doors and let in heat, humidity and noise from below. Room was part of a duplex condo, with an adjoining door, in which you could hear everything from the next door neighbor. Location was near A1A, but you had to pay $3 each time you wanted to cross over the inter coastal unless you walked or used a bike. Publix was a 3 or so mile journey for supplies, Walmart was about the same distance in the other direction. European village looked tired and parking lot was dirty needs a refresh. Dumpster was way overflowing with trash and furniture, very unsightly. Having restaurants and shops on site seems like a great idea at first blush, but the noise, smoke & patrons who don’t care about upkeep are a real downer. Not a relaxing space for us, would not rent again, or anywhere else at EV.

When I say they thought of everything I mean everything. This was my first solo vacation so I was very nervous. Mr. Tim was close by to assist with me getting in and set up. Property was exactly as shown in the picture and description plus more. Bed nice and comfortable, seating/sining area “perfect”. I was able to dance and enjoy myself from the balcony. Being inside the village made my stay easier. Music was great if I needed to leave EVERYTHING was close by. He even sent me a list of things to do to make my search easier. I also met his wife and a big thank you to her as well I’m sure she had a lot to do with the condo being fully equipped. Can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend

The four minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean, along with plenty of shopping, bike and walking trails, and boulevards with Spanish Oak tree canopies makes Palm Coast special. And...St. Augustine is 30 minutes North and Daytona Beach is 30 minutes South. Orlando is about 80 minutes away. Plenty of sun, sand, and ocean options available during your stay!
