Birds of Paradise is a gated complex of 62 units, with a full time manager, maintenance staff, & 24 hr front gate staff.

Common facilities include solar heated pool, Jacuzzi, party room, laundry, fitness room, parking for 1 car. Social activities are a major component of life at Birds. The “Birds Nest” bar, is open in the afternoons to serve guests around the pool. The Unit Is on the 2nd level , its an upper unit of this 2 story complex with two landings after 10 stairs , no elevator 25 stairs total no handicap access. Location: The Lake Chapala area is extremely popular with American & Canadian visitors. At 5,000 ft altitude, the climate is ideal. Air conditioning or heating is not required. The lake, (Mexico’s largest), is ringed by mountains providing ample opportunity for hiking and sight seeing.
