Guests have full access to the unit and the private fenced-in backyard.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via your hosting platform app. Expect a prompt response. We give our guests space to enjoy their space but are available for every inquiry.

Situated on a private street in the Arsenal historic district of Benicia and offering quick access to the amenity filled First Street and major highways.
We are very strict about the limit of four guests at the property and no parties allowed. We live next door for part of the year and our neighbors will inform us and call the authorities immediately.
