A heated spa is located on the beautiful patio that also has outdoor seating, propane BBQ grill, dining table, and oh ... those mountain views! Imagine space for everyone to spread out! If you are ready to play golf/tennis, this resort is otherwise private, unless you wish to purchase a month (or more membership). There are over 120 courses (and many public) in the valley! We recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times. We are a local team, and happy to help coordinate your stay!

Enjoy some of the many world-class events that are available to you throughout the Coachella Valley. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells World Class Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April we celebrate the Music Festivals! Two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. This gorgeous villa is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

Stay for a week, stay for a season - perfect for remote work or learning! WiFi is super strong for streaming and internet use. Dip in the bubbly spa, or venture out to the communal pool for a swim. Hope to host your stay!

Ironwood Stay

Firstly, when we arrived at the property gate, they did not have our name on record. We tried calling the property manager but her voicemail was full. Fortunately, after giving the address to them, the person at the gate let us in. Also, the website offers a spa/hot tub at the condo. However, when we arrived, the hot tub was filthy and not working. The property manager texted “sorry, we stopped using it - you’ll have to use the pools close to the condo”….very disappointing and false advertising! The condo was in a great location but very worn - maybe because it is for sale.

Disappointing desert villa

Great location but this property is not well maintained or supported by its property manager/owner. One couple had to wait at least 15 minutes to be allowed in the gate because the owner did not provide their names to the gatehouse. The garage door opens with the remote but does not close that way. There is no outside lighting by front door. The ice maker, coffeemaker we’re broken upon arrival. The owner sent links to Utube videos for repair. The clothes dryer did not work. The owner wanted us to stay and meet a repair person. The hot tub has a crack in it and needed to be filled daily. Luckily the pool man showed us how to manually get it to work. While there are multiple pools in the community, it was not clear which ones were associated with this villa. The owner suggested that we take a look around and find the ones that were not locked. Ultimately, we received a new coffeemaker and we did meet the appliance repair technician. He was unable to fix the ice machine while we there and put in a temporary fix to the dryer but cautioned us to use sparingly and with the garage door opened. Finally, the outdoor patios in general were not clean. We managed to clean the main patio for sitting, etc, but could not use the one off our bedrooms. Definitely not what we expected while on vacation. P.S. the property manager is not local and so could not address these issues herself

Fantastic home in a perfect location

This location was perfect for us to get to the BNP Paribas Open venue and for all our other needs. The layout of the house is well designed, with a large open space including the kitchen, dining area and living room that leads out the main patio and 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms on each floor. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and linens. There is a private patio or deck off all the rooms, including private ones for each bedroom. There's a fabulous common roof deck with amazing views. We used the private hot tub most days which was a treat. There is also a grill on the main patio that we used a few times. We bought a one month membership for the fitness center which was almost next door so we could walk there and we took advantage of the tennis and pickle ball courts/programs and excellent gym and fitness classes and there is also a spa for massages and facials. All the Ironwood staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. Monica the owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was also very accommodating.

Wonderful desert get away!

The condo was perfect for our winter escape. There was plenty of room, it was clean, and we felt right at home. Monica, our host, was so pleasant and helpful! The community and surroundings are beautiful. There is so much to do in the area…gold, hiking, restaurants,, shopping. Definitely a “thumbs up”!
