The Space:
#StayInMyDistrict Beaverton! Newly remodeled and refurbished Mid-Century Modern retreat, built specifically with guest comfort and convenience in mind. Colorful modern finishes and tasteful furnishings throughout make for a bright, clean and stylish escape. Walking distance to parks, shopping, dining and weekly farmers market; 2 minute drive to major shopping and entertainment district; 12 minute drive to downtown Portland; 75 minute drive to the Oregon Coast. Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine in the spacious, private fully fenced & shaded yard—including a new barbecue grill. Amazing outdoor space for relaxing summer evenings on the patio. Lovely new amenities throughout will make you feel at home in your stylish home away from home!

This is a single-level newly-remodeled home. The space has plenty of windows providing a bright, open, spacious feel while allowing ample light and fresh air into the home.

Living area has two modern couches that convert to sofa sleepers. Large flat screen TV with cable & smart capabilities for Netflix, Amazon and more. High-speed Internet and wi-fi guarantees ease with work and play. Comfortable new furniture with artistic touches throughout.

Kitchen features new, bright white cabinets and quartz countertops. Walk out to the patio and grill on the BBQ, or cook indoors with new stainless appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with all-new utensils, cookware, bakeware, glassware and tableware. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the indoor dining table with 4 chairs, or outdoors at the covered table and chairs for 6.

Bathroom features fresh clean tile, modern fixtures and tub/shower combo. Quality linens, shampoo & conditioner, soap and hairdryer are provided amenities.

Master bedroom features a Queen bed and comfortable quality linens; large closet for hanging clothing and drawers for personal items. Bedroom 2 is a private room with a Queen bed and similar amenities. Bedroom 3 has a Twin bed with equal amenities to the other bedrooms.

Stackable washer & dryer in home for guest use. Steam iron and ironing board included. Also equipped with an air sanitizer/ionizer for guests peace of mind!

FREE covered parking in private driveway. There is FREE street parking for additional vehicles. Fully fenced private backyard!

Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine in the spacious, private & shaded yard—including a new deluxe barbecue grill. Amazing outdoor space for relaxing summer and autumn evenings on the patio. (yard is not completely enclosed)

Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance.

This home allows up to 2 dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet that covers the normal wear and tear of allowing pets into the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens. Pets should be secured while guests are away and should not be left unattended at anytime. Please pick up after your pets. Additional cleaning fees and or damage will be charged for violation of the rules regarding pets.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home, the fully fenced-in private back yard, the driveway and the carport. Guests also have full use of the private laundry. Also equipped with an air sanitizer/ionizer for guests peace of mind!

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located with easy access to highway 217, Downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, Beaverton and Hillsboro. Walkable to shopping, local coffee houses, restaurants, Parks and Recreation, and blocks from the Beaverton Farmers Market.
Located in a quiet residential Beaverton neighborhood- a friendly, active and responsive city well-known for exceptional community services and amenities. Ranked in Money magazine’s Best Places to Live, Beaverton truly is “The Best of Oregon”. Beaverton is a family-friendly city and is well-known for its many attractive and well-planned neighborhoods. Residents enjoy easy access to a complete range of community services, including the largest shopping district in west metropolitan Portland.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to parks, shopping, dining and weekly farmers market; 2 minute drive to major shopping and entertainment district; 12 minute drive to downtown Portland; 75 minute drive to the Oregon Coast. Centrally located with easy access to highway 217, Downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, Beaverton and Hillsboro. Home is walkable to downtown Beaverton local eateries, shopping & entertainment. Approx. 1.3 to Beaverton Central MAX station (light rail). UBER or park at MAX station and you can get anywhere in Metro Portland including PDX airport all the way to Hillsboro.

Other Things to Note:
- You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
- No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10 pm.
- Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
- Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear

I do not live on site but I am local and can be available via text, phone or messaging. I can also be available at property quickly if needed.

Nice mid-century modern home in Beaverton
My wife and I stayed here in mid-November for a week. The house worked out great for us and our dog. The house has a nice layout. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all connected, making it easy to cook and carry on conversations at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked. The bbq worked great, but it was a little too cold for us to enjoy the nice table and chairs on the back patio. The host was easy to contact and the check-in / check-out was smooth. We will look to stay here again when our travels bring us back to the Beaverton area.

Cute and efficient
We were in town for the Portland Marathon, and it ended up being nice to stay a few minutes away from the city. This property had everything we needed, and the yard is really lovely. Peaceful neighborhood, very functional kitchen, comfortable beds, convenient parking. We love traveling with our dogs, and always appreciate properties that support that.

On the day of our arrival the host provided the address and keypad code for entry into the house. The rooms were good size but the beds weren’t too comfy and squeaked some. The linens were somewhat stained which caused pause. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
