The rooftop area is the perfect spot for enjoying the view, especially if you're looking to relax and unwind after an action-packed day at sea. You'll find lounge chairs to relax and be delighted with beautiful ocean views. There's also a pergola so that your family can get some fresh air while they enjoy themselves in this serene setting while watching magical sunsets.

Beach access is just a block away away, the walk from the condo is easy and beautiful. It's a great way to enjoy nature and fresh air! Head to the public access at Hotel Riu Entrance by just following the signs that will lead right down into Medano Beach.

* Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been upgraded to guarantee a safe environment. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, like doorknobs, handles remote controls, and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used.
* Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use.
* During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full condo of Amaterra including the great amenities which include, gym, rooftop terrace with pool, lounge area and amazing ocean views.
RIU Resort allows public access to the beach. The hours are 9-5

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. ($2600 mxn will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*

The Neighborhood:
Located between Costco and Walmart on the beach side in the Cabo Tourist Corridor bordering El Tezal, this condo is only a quick 10 minute Uber ride to downtown and the marina with fabulous shopping and restaurants for you to experience.

If you don't wish to rent a car, Uber is a great option to move around and taxis are available 24/7.
