Our ‘Moonlight Villa’ modern mountain home is a favorite and remarkable destination all year long and will feel like your own home the minute you open the door.

Less than 10-minutes from i70, Downtown Silverthorne, Dillon, Lake Dillon, and 20-minutes from Frisco, this gorgeous ‘Moonlight Villa’ is located on the edge of Silverthorne, one of Colorado’s most popular mountain towns.

The entire home has a luxury cabin feel, offering gorgeous high ceilings, new beautiful wooden floors, an open dining space, and two spacious living areas. The windows let in plenty of natural light and the sunsets over Gore Range are so awe-inspiring that you’ll find yourself watching the clock to ensure you are home in time to cherish the orange and blue sky while soaking in the hot tub! The sunrises are magical too as the sun reflects on Gore Range. Plus, if you are up early, you might be able to see the stunning Alpenglow sunrise on the mountains of Gore Range, which is a natural phenomenon that appears as a horizontal reddish glow opposite to the sun, when the solar disk is just below the horizon.
(Please note - The hot tub is serviced weekly and is only accessible by entering the home, so we may reach out during your stay regarding the tech stopping by.)

On the main entry level, the inviting living room offers the perfect spot to snuggle by the gas fireplace for a stay-in movie night. Included on this level is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oversized island while also featuring additional bar seating, an oven, a gas cooktop, and all the cooking essentials to thrill the chef in your group. You’ll also have easy access to the 2-car garage from inside the home, as well as two more spaces in the driveway (Caution - During the cooler months, the driveway doesn’t get much sunlight and will begin to get some ice build-up, so please use extreme caution. There is a bucket with a sand/gravel mix outside of the garage for you to use some if needed.)

This spacious three-bedroom home has ample room to accommodate six guests with 3 separate workspaces. The primary bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed (which both have private ensuite bathrooms) are located on the top level. The lower level is great for the young-ins or other adults where they can spread out between the king bed in the third bedroom, as well as the living area which includes a built-in full/full bunk bed, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace.

Old-world mountain charm meets contemporary elegance, and you are sure to be impressed with all of the attention to detail this home boasts. An appropriately rugged exterior, beautifully appointed modern and luxury interior, with infinite creature comforts, makes this a bright, clean, cozy, modern, and a little rustic all in one. It is outfitted for absolute comfort, with high-end furnishings and everything necessary for an exceptional mountain getaway, plus there’s plenty of outdoor space between the two private decks and patio.

Quiet hours are from 7 PM - 7 AM per the Summit County Noise Ordinance.
-The maximum occupancy of this unit is six people, and no more than this number of people can be in the house - no exceptions.
-This unit is in an area with a very strict HOA, and any violations of occupancy, parking, or noise rules will be reported and acted on immediately.
-If your group size will be larger than six people, or you are concerned you cannot follow the quiet hour rules, this property will not work for you.

Our residential and peaceful neighborhood is perfectly placed beneath peaks of 12,000 and 13,000 feet, with Silverthorne providing astonishing views of Gore Range and is mainly surrounded by National Forest and Wilderness areas. The town of Silverthorne has lots to offer within walking distance of one another, such as North Pond Park, Lake Dillon Theater, the Silverthorne Pavilion, the new Bluebird Market, plus all of the outdoor, retail, and dining experiences.

Situated amidst stunning alpine scenery and world-renowned ski resorts, Silverthorne offers endless outdoor adventure, along with a thriving arts and shopping scene. If you’re into winter sports, you’ll love the convenience that Silverthorne offers.

There are also several scenic trails in the area for hiking and biking — including the Blue River Trail, which connects the northern and southern portions of town and unites with the Summit County Recreational Pathway System offering routes to Dillion, Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, and Edwards. If fishing, skiing, golfing, or hiking don’t suit your fancy, then perhaps Silverthorne’s prime shopping will excite you. Today, one of the town's biggest draws is the Outlets at Silverthorne, featuring a multiplex of more than 70 name-brand stores and deep discounts.

Then top off your day with an award-winning craft brew, delectable ethnic food, or bistro fare, and experience a true taste of Silverthorne. Top off your trip to Silverthorne by exploring neighboring Dillon. Take in the pristine Dillon Reservoir and rent water toys galore such as pontoon boats, paddleboards, and sailboats in the summer; or explore the lake with a guided ice-fishing adventure in the winter. The towns of Dillon and Silverthorne have a long, shared history and it’s no wonder that those new to the area can hardly tell where one town begins and another ends!

Biking and walking around Lake Dillon is a beautiful location for ice fishing while viewing the surrounding Rocky Mountains, and in the warmer months, you’ll have great options like renting sailboats or pontoon boats from both marina's! One other major draw is the sand beach on the Frisco side making a memorable experiance for families and groups of all ages.

Less than 9 miles away, Frisco's Historic "Main Street of the Rockies" boasts a plethora of options for dining, shopping, restaurants, parks, museums, and a concert gazebo area for entertainment. The Frisco Adventure Park is just about a mile from Main Street and offers plenty of family fun activities such as snow tubing, plus beginner and XC skiing in the winter. In the summer months, guests love spending the day on the frisbee golf course or bike park.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Moonlight Villa - we were able to cook and host a beautifyl Thanksgiving dinner at the house! The kitchen is well equipped and the spacious living room and open dining room were perfect for hanging out together. I appreciated the comfortable beds, plentiful linens, and reliable internet and TV. I highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back!
