The formal dining room seats 8, the breakfast room seats 6 and the kitchen island seats 5, so not only does the property SLEEP 16, it also SEATS 16, so your group can sit down and enjoy all of your meals together without eating in shifts, like at most other large properties. Better yet, inquire about a Professional Chef for your stay and relax while your meals are prepared for you. Large outdoor deck features a custom over-sized fire pit, saltwater spa, large BBQ area, and commercial grade teak furnishings so that you can enjoy a family BBQ in the Montana sunshine and fresh air. For your entertainment and listening pleasure, the house has a Sonos Sound System throughout all of its' interior and exterior spaces, including the indoor pool area and outside decks. Download the Sonos App and stream your music on a room-by-room basis. The home has a total of 9 Smart TV's, as well as a commercial-grade Whole House WiFi system. The property is fully fenced, is party wooded with walking trails amongst the pines and has its' own private lake.

Laundry room with new oversized LG Washer and Dryer on Pedestals.

SECOND MASTER BEDROOM: King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Bath features jetted tub/shower combo. Huge walk-in closet. One TV.

THIRD MASTER BEDROOM: King Bed. Large walk-in shower with rain shower head and copper sink. One TV.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: Two Queen Beds. Large walk-in shower. One TV.

No "Administrative" or "Property" add-on fees! The Lodge at Columbia Falls is also outside the City limits, so Resort Tax does not apply! Rates are already discounted for the 2025 Season and will not be negotiated. Smoking/Vaping is allowed outside only and we may be able to accommodate your pet(s) with prior arrangements and additional deposit. For your safety, the property features exterior Ring Security Cameras. Ample parking with circular driveway, but no garage access is available. The property is only suitable for those able to climb stairs and children over 6 years of age, who are able to swim and/or will be supervised by an adult at all times.

Note: Owners' horses reside in a paddock on a small section of the 40 acres (accessible through a separate, gated entrance. From time to time, Owners may need to care for horses, but such visits will be discreet and, in no way, will invade your privacy. Please do not feed or pet the horses as they can be nippy at times.
