The first thing you notice upon entering is the breathtaking view of the Gulf. The entrance, kitchen, dining and living areas all enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf's turquoise waters and the white sugar sand beach below. The screened in lanai's view is panoramic - from Big Carlos Pass, Lover's Key, the open Gulf waters and 7 miles of beach. Spend lazy days and evenings, sitting out on your lanai taking in the fresh sea breezes, watching the boats go by, even catching our world famous sunsets, all without leaving your condo.
Bright and airy, Carlos Pointe 112 has an open floor plan with a wall of glass doors to bring the gorgeous Florida sunshine in. Beautifully remodeled and decorated, this vacation condo meets all your family's needs. A leather sleep couch and chairs provides comfy seating for everyone to enjoy the large wall mounted TV - you don't have to miss your favorite show or that football game just because you are on vacation.
Spacious and elegant, the Master Bedroom En Suite offers a king sized bed, its own TV, a private lanai access and a fabulous view of the Gulf from the bedroom window. Fresh linens are provided, along with plenty of thirsty towels. The lovely Master Bath has been completely remodeled with a large vanity and shower/tub combo. At the opposite end of the condo, the Guest Bedroom allows your guests to enjoy all the comforts of home while maintaining privacy. The Guest Bedroom features two twin beds with plush mattresses and new linens. The Guest En Suite Bath has also been completely remodeled with a walk in shower.
The fabulously remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, custom wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, tableware and all appliances, this kitchen is a pleasure to prepare meals in and allows you and your family to dine in whenever you wish. The dining area includes a large table for four or you can opt to eat out on the screen in lanai's table.
For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, DirectTV service, free WiFi in the condo, building elevators, secured lobby and ample on-site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Carlos Pointe Condominiums sit at the southern tip of the island. The very secluded and private beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west. The Resort-sized Heated Pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. There's a BBQ area, a covered picnic area by the pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, an indoor dining area with a kitchenette, and a social room that overlooks the pool.
Of course, best of all is the Gulf in your backyard - 7 miles of white sand and surf. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily.
Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Stroll through the Matanzas Pass Nature Preserve and enjoy Florida's flora, fauna, and bird life in its primitive state. Walk to Lover's Key State Park for kayaking, shelling, and picnics.
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
