We are about 30min to world famous Breckenridge ski resort and historic downtown. This spacious property can accommodate family, friends, and even your pups! Have a competitive fun game time in our game room, unleash the inner chef in you in our fully stocked kitchen, relax after skiing in 6 Person Hut Tub or in Infrared Sauna or just enjoy the scenic mountain views.

It is my pleasure to welcome you and share the marvelous experience in our pet friendly 3 season deck vacation home. Gorgeous property out at the edge of Alma. The layout of the cabin had such a nice flow, it’s beautifully decorated, and has everything you could need for your stay.

** You'll need a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.
** To protect our guests and ourselves, there is an outdoor motion sensor camera on and recording 24/7. No cameras inside the home for our guests' privacy.


IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
✓ Must be at least 21 years old
✓ All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 21 years old.
✓ Names and identification may be requested by the host.
✓ Sign the Rental Agreement and authorize the Security Deposit hold of $500. Hold will be released 2 days after your stay if there are no damages and excessive mess.
✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
✓ Please note: Potential for snow and a walk up is very possible. Being in the mountains, there's a possibility of severe weather and our snow plowing services might not be available.
✓ We're located on a snowy mountain so the driveway could be very steep and icy.
✓ Property is about 2.5 miles drive from the main road, which could be a bit bumpy for passenger cars.
✓ About 30 minutes drive to Breckinridge.
✓ 5 minute drive to Alma, if you need to stock up for basic necessities.
✓ Property is at approximately 10,500 ft. elevation, which could be a challenge for guests with altitude sickness so let us know so we can help or if you need oxygen cans.
✓ NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.

Additional House Rules:
✓ Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. If available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in for $50.00. Earliest time is 12:00 PM.
✓ The $120 pet fee covers 2 dogs. If you will be bringing 3 or more, an additional fee of $40 applies for each additional dog.
✓ We also ask that you keep the dogs off the furniture and that they are house trained.
✓ No wet clothes inside.
✓ If you used the hot tub, please make sure that the hot tub cover is tightly secured after use.
✓ After your stay, we request that you run any remaining dishes in the dishwasher on your way out and if you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on. We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
