Come and relax at our beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 10th floor of Island Royale, where unbeatable Gulf views and modern comfort await. Located directly on the sugar-white sands of Gulf Shores, this beachfront retreat is the perfect spot for your next vacation getaway.



Inside, you’ll find freshly updated décor and paint that give the condo a bright, welcoming feel. The condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom and living area both open onto a private Gulf-front balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 3 TVs, DVD player, washer and dryer, free WiFi, and high-end cotton linens round out the comforts of home.



Island Royale offers a full suite of amenities to elevate your beach stay. Take a dip in the Gulf-front outdoor pool or unwind in the heated indoor pool and spa. Amazing place! Wonderful view, right on the beach. Refrigerator had ice and water in the door and there was a separate mini fridge and a small freezer. Coffee machine used ground coffee not k-cups but no big deal. Beach chair and umbrella and other beach items in utility room. Nice washer and dryer. Great communication from the host. Loved being able to see and listen to the Gulf from the front bedroom. I haven't slept that peacefully in years! I will definitely be staying there again!

Large space with sliding doors to the balcony and view of the gulf. Could only hear the waves as we slept! Beautiful beach with soft sand. Walking distance to so many fun things; restaurants, shopping, bars! Great location and nice building.

The pool was clean. The hot tub however did not have all the jets working. Everything else about this stay was wonderful.

We absolutely loved the property. We had a few hiccups our refrigerator did not work.They were finally able to fix it the day before we left. They did provide a mini fridge and a deep freezer. It was tricky I had to turn the deep freezer to refrigerate temp as the mini would not fit everything we had for the week. Aside from that it was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach was so convenient! The condo itself was amazing it was clean, you couldn’t hear people above you or below. The balcony was nice and spacious with an amazing view. We would absolutely recommend. Check out was easy no hassle. Overall great stay.

It was very clean and had all the commodities we needed for our stay. I would recommend having more toilet paper available, so travelers do not have to bring with them.

Excellent stay.

This location is very accessible to beach pool and highways. The rooms and condo was very clean. I arrived an hour early and this was no problem. I got into the condo just fine with no hassle. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Best Ocean and Sunrise/Sunset Views

If you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach with awesome views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets, this is the place to be. We loved being able to hear the ocean right outside our door as well. The place was clean, nice and spacious. You are close to everything as far as restaurants, and stores, and Orange Beach is just down the road as well. Everyone we met staying there was nice as well as the people on the beach. We enjoyed having the beach chair service also...we didn't have to worry about getting up early to get a spot each morning. The balcony stretched across from the living room to the main bedroom with doors leading into both rooms. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise each morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Annual visit to GS

The property is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere which was great. The unit itself was fine, but the amenities need updating. There were two coffee pots, one did not work. One side of the toaster worked. Washer and dryer are older. Master bed mattress could use an update. Patio furniture sparse and needs updating. It is pretty worn. Shower curtain in master did not reach the tub - easy fix, move the curtain rod. Looks like a property bought solely to make money. I’ve been visiting GS annually since 2006. I will be back to GS, but not to this unit.

Gulf shores was great

The room was decent. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The floors felt slimy, not sure if it was a combination of humidity and dirty floors. Now I get on the shore your dealing with a lot of humidity but with a good air conditioning system l, think that could be held in check. One in our group about slipped and fell in the shower because there were no grips on the tub. I would think with the money that place turns over, these could easily be maintained. My last little complaint, we got 2 rolls of toilet paper. I don’t understand why some of that is not complimentary. I paid around 1500 bucks for this stay and thought some of these issues could be corrected. Don’t get me wrong I would stay again but dealing with “maintenance” people that I do in my line work, you have to make sure people are cleaning like they should and doing their job correctly! Just a side note, I do heating and air conditioning, so that’s why I picked at the humidity problem. It was like a cold wet blanket in that room.
