Welcome to our charming, Boho-themed home!



This cozy retreat features three bedrooms, each designed to provide all the comforts and amenities you need. One of the highlights is our unique hat wall in one of the bedrooms, where you can try on a variety of stylish Boho hats and snap some fun selfies. ✨



For added privacy and peace of mind, our home also boasts a fully fenced-in yard, perfect for enjoying some outdoor relaxation or letting your pets roam freely. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a stylish stay, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and character.



Guest Access:

Guests can access all areas of the home for complete enjoyment. Private backyard , grill and more! We do not supply gas, only the grill. If there is any gas in the grill you are more than welcome to use it.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet neighborhood walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Morton to watch the swans.



Getting Around:

Walking distance to several area lakes, downtown, restaurants and bars. Parking for up to 2 vehicles only.

**No Refund Policy**:

🚫 We do not allow any reservation changes that result in a refund. We have a strict no refund policy.



**Guest Registration**:

You must register all guests. There is a charge of $15.00 per night per guest over two. If the correct number of guests is entered during booking, your rate will be adjusted accordingly. 🏷️ By having extra guest fees after two, we are able to keep the base rates lower.



**Pet policy**:

🐾 Please make sure to register your furry friend and pay the pet fee before check-in. 🐶 If this isn’t done, we may have to cancel your booking and ask you to leave without a refund. ❌ For more details, please check our pet policy. 📜

Excessive barking: 🐶 We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking. If there are any complaints, we may need to ask you to board your dog or find alternative arrangements.



**Events**:

🎉 We don’t allow parties, but we don’t mind hosting certain events with prior arrangement before booking. Event fees are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask! 😊 Please note, unapproved events will incur additional charges, including any extra cleanup fees. 💵
