Roomy Murray Hill Couples Retreat
This cute duplex features 1 bedroom and 1 bath in the heart of Murray Hill.
Complete with full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc.) you are equipped for cooking if you choose to.
Short weekend stays or longer monthly stays are welcome with discounts with longer bookings. If you stay long enough to need laundry facilities, you are in luck since this unit has free laundry inside (in the back of the kitchen area). Laundry soap and dryer sheets are there for you.
The bathroom includes a full tub and shower. The large bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large chest of drawers and large corner closet. Lots of room for your personal belongings to be put away and for you to get comfortably spread out.
Parking is free behind the building (up to 2 cars for your side of the duplex). If you have a visitor there is free street parking as well.
Please do not smoke inside the house, but there is a screen porch out back and a covered porch in the front which is great for morning coffee, evening cocktails or smoking (if that is something you do).
There are hardwood floors throughout this charming 1928 duplex. The two sides are completely separate accept where the two sides of the porches meet. Each has their own sitting area in the front.
Your hosts live within 15 minutes of this home and are available if you have questions or any issues during your visit. We are here to help.

We (Geoff and Kat) own several short term rentals in this area. Our full time job is real estate either rehabbing, tending to our rentals, finding new ones or networking with other investors. If you need something you will find yourself at the top of our list.

We love this Duplex and may find ourselves living in it one day. We have stayed in it and enjoyed both coffee on the porch and cocktails. The neighborhood is great for walks and we enjoy the neighbors.
The place is relaxing and has everything you need for working from home, getting a good night sleep when you fill your days with activities in or around Jacksonville, or just a quick stay while passing through Jacksonville.
