This beautiful beach house has a huge, secluded yard and is located in Ponte Vedra Beach. We have three updated bedrooms, a detached bunk house and two full baths. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate 16 people and provides the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation for the entire family.

Everyone will love the heated pool, putting green, koi pond, bunk house, game room and the pups will love the fenced in yard! Don't forget about the hottub, outdoor shower and tiki bar!

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. We have a security camera on the locked pool equipment area to ensure that everything is running correctly. This area is off limits to the guests. We also have a camera on the fish pond to monitor the well being of the fish.

Our beach home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood called Dolphin Cove. It is very central to many shops and restaurants in the area. As well as 1.5 miles from the beach. Target and Publix are 2 miles away. Winn Dixie is 1 mile away. Whole Foods is 3 miles away. There are tons of restaurants in the shopping areas by all of the above grocery stores. A couple of our favorites - Anejo and Another Broken Egg Cafe.

This beach house is only a few blocks from the beach (1.5 miles) and a short walk to many of the great restaurants/entertainment that the area has to offer. The house offers three bedrooms plus a detached bunk house and two full baths. Sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people (see sleeping arrangements below) and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind.

Outdoor Space has been completely remodeled with the following - Heated pool(with additional fees), New Hot tub, New Putting Green for those golf enthusiasts, New Fish Pond, New Tiki Bar, New Outdoor Shower!

The kitchen is perfect sized with a large dining room table with seating for six, along with seating for 8 around the kitchen island. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and the cabinets are stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you need – all you need to add is the food! The outdoor grill and additional patio seating for six is great for dinners and cookouts.

The living room offers a 55" Roku TV (cable not provided). Wi-Fi is available so you can stay connected at all times. However, you might find yourself never returning to the indoors once you get a chance to step out into the backyard oasis - be sure to stop over to the koi pond and throw the fish some food). There is plenty of seating at the 6 person outdoor dining table and pool loungers. It’s a perfect place to go for a swim, enjoy a family meal or play a board game!

We have all the essentials for the perfect beach day! Beach chairs, and coolers available :)

Very baby and children friendly home! We have kids of our own and know how hard it is to travel when they're younger so we have done the best we could to have everything here for you. Pack and play, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, plastic plates and cups, sippy cups, kids toy bin, kids books.

Don’t forget to bring all your furry friends, as this is a pet friendly household (extra pet fees do apply - $75 per pet).

Bedroom #2 – Queen bed w/ 2 nightstands, dresser and TV.
Bedroom #3 – Queen bed and twin bed, w/ nightstand and closet.
Detached Bunk Room (Bedroom #4) - Full over full bunk bed, twin over twin bunk bed and nightstand.
Common Spaces – Queen Murphy bed and large sectional couch in the living room that could sleep an additional person if needed.

Minutes to fine dining, nightlife, golf and the Sawgrass County Club Home of the TPC. 35 mins from Jax Arpt, 30 mins to St. Augustine.

And not far away are the best greens any golf enthusiast could wish for – Ponte Verda Beach is home to the PGA Tour and the Players Championship, as well as the ATP Tour. Even if golf isn’t your thing, there’s no end of entertainment – Ponte Vedra is close to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, with all the great sightseeing, shopping and fine dining of both locations. There are also lots of great activities the whole family can enjoy, including miniature golfing, fishing, boating, wildlife spotting and so much more. Heated Pool - The heater is very expensive to run so we do charge extra for this service. If your stay is over 7 nights, please message us to discuss discounted pricing. The price is $75 per night to run the heater for the pool. If you would like to use this service please send me a message at least 2 days prior to check in so I can have it heated before you arrive.
The best way to get around the area is by car or walking to some of the closer places such as Anejo or walking to the beach via Solano Rd.
