My name is Terry Espy and my husband, John Sharkey, my sons, Kennan and Drew Espy have been hosting for five years. Just recently my sister, Donna Wallin has joined into the fun with us.
We love renovating, restoring and furnishing historic properties.... bringing them back to life in the Downtown Wilmington market. We hear from so many guests that our properties have a "soul" and even the term "magical". The View on Front Street has hosted numerous film directors, producers and actors....We most recently hosted Russell Crowe and his team for three months during a production he was filming in Wilmington. I will tell you more about that when we get to know each other better!!
We live locally and our office is located in the heart of Downtown Wilmington... needless to day, we are available 24/7. We are extremely involved in the revitalization of Downtown Wilmington, are partners in several chef centric restaurants and are very proud of our wonderful city!

The property has a fully equipped chef kitchen, with granite countertops, modern appliances, banquet dining room, large living room, den, office space, with vaulted ceilings, skylights and Baby Grand piano, King size master bedroom and with fine linens and balcony access Master bath jacuzzi tub and walk in shower and plush towels, Queen sized second bedroom with private bathroom and access to back balcony. Included is a full laundry room washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet.

This building was owned and renovated by actress Linda Lavin in the 90’s. The latest renovation was completed just a year ago. The large French doors offer beautiful views of the Cape Fear River.

Please keep in mind that this beautiful penthouse is located on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator. We can promise the climb is worth the effort!

Over the last few years MoMentum Companies has housed the directors and produers as well as Russell Crowe during the filming of "The Georgetown Project". In addition we have hosted the producers/showrunners of "Lost Boys", “The Summer I Turned Pretty”, “Our Kind of People”, "Uncle Frank", “George and Tammy”, “Good Behavior”, “This County” and many more.

You can park your car and walk through the beautiful historic residential districts, down the Riverwalk and get anywhere in the Downtown area within minutes. The free Downtown Trolley can be hopped on and will transport you to any of the 5 Downtown Districts. Easy drive to the beaches.
