Overlooking the reservoir, this spot makes for some gorgeous evening sunsets. Wildlife is plenty too, it’s common to see eagles circling the reservoir or bear and deer roaming the fields to the back. 

Inside we have custom wooden countertops & an island perfect for dinners or game night! The living room with a 70” Smart TV and wood stove is perfect for a cozy movie night after a day out.

THE SPACE:

The home is situated directly across from Schoharie Reservoir, with beautiful views and a constant breeze. Catskill Mountains are visible from across the lake! Non-motorized boats are allowed seasonally. The home used to be a US Post Office and has a very quaint character. To-be-added amenities include deck & grill.

PARKING:

The home has a large paved area for parking (from when it was the town Post Office!) and a patio in front. No cars blocking the road or neighbor's driveway access.

INSIDE:

Inside is the kitchen and dining area upon walking in, and it has an open layout leading to the living room where you will find the leather sectional and wall mounted Smart TV with the wood stove fireplace underneath (wood only).

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:

On the ground level is the first bedroom with 1 bed and a bathroom, with white porcelain tile and multi function shower body. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms one with 2 beds with a Smart TV and one with another bed. There is also a second full bathroom, with white porcelain tile and another multi-function shower body. All beds (4) are queen size
