Just across the road from Lake Winnipesaukee, The Cozy Cove is a relaxed, perfectly placed escape where lake days, concert nights, and quiet evenings blend effortlessly. From the moment you arrive, the pace softens. The water is close, the mountains linger in the distance, and everything you came for feels within easy reach.

Mornings begin slowly here. Coffee in hand, you step out onto the deck, catching a peek of Gunstock Mountain through the trees while the day wakes up around you. Some days call for a beach walk just steps away, others for a swim at the shared outdoor pool or an unhurried start indoors as sunlight fills the space.

Inside, the condo feels comfortable and welcoming. The open living area invites you to settle in—whether that means planning the day, streaming a favorite show, or simply enjoying the quiet. In cooler months, the fireplace becomes the heart of the space, adding warmth and an easy, cozy glow after a day outdoors. The kitchen is stocked for everyday meals, making it simple to stay in or prepare something light before heading out.

Afternoons and evenings offer endless options. Walk to the Bank of NH Pavilion for a concert without worrying about parking or traffic, or return home as the area settles into a calmer rhythm. Step back onto the deck, breathe in the fresh air, and let the day wind down naturally.
