The Space :
Our apartment is fully stocked with all kitchenware. Sleeps 2 guests comfortably. My husband and I have many friends in this brand new community and we just ask that all guests abide by our house rules, the main one being no Loud Noise after 9 pm. We love our neighbors and want to make sure none of our guests are disturbing this amazing development. Bask in the glory of this amazing community, walk to local community parks & playgrounds.

Guest Access:

You’ll have access at the rear entrance of the house. 2 cars can park in front of the house. No parking in back.

Other Things To Note :

1. No Smoking Of Any Kind (Smoking fine $300)
2. No Loud Noise After 9pm (per city ordinance)
3. No parties, no events.
4. No Pets
5. Minimum Age Requirement 25 Years Old
6. Keys Must Be Placed Back In Lockbox (lost keys fine $250).
