This is such a cozy, well-equipped home. It was perfect for our family getaway. There were 13 of us at the house and it was a great experience for all of us. The weather was stormy, and the house offered covered outdoor areas for those of us that enjoyed the wind and cool air and cozy areas inside for playing games, watching TV, and visiting. The backyard view was a nice backdrop to our stay. The house is stacked with everything we needed and more. The host is very thoughtful and intentional with all that is available for guests to use. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is close to the highway but also feels very rural. Access to Portland and Hillsboro is great.

Great peaceful stay for our family vacation

We had a great time at the house. The kids liked the game room and jacuzzi. We picked blackberries every day. The house had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable, even the rollaway bed. Kitchen was well stocked and the 2 dishwashers along with the 2 washers and driers made it very easy. The house was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great stay

Terrible managers and lots of wasps

The communication with this property was TERRIBLE. They would charge me randomly, sent me refunds then charged me for them again, which caused my fees to go up too. There were wasps EVERYWHERE outside. And it wasn’t like a wasp or two, there were hundreds! The floors were so creaky you could hear someone step from everywhere else in the house. There was lots of trash when we got there. An AC man showed up unannounced to work on the house while we were there. The managers were MEAN on the phone. They were very unprofessional the entire time (I booked around 9 months in advance). The lawn was so hilly that it was hard to walk. And you can’t even get to the pond. The neighborhood is next to construction businesses and it’s LOUD! I would never recommend to anyone.

Best Ever

This home/property is even better than advertised. It is beautifully decorated and welcoming. We were hosting a Grad Party and also needed a place for out-of-state guests to spend the night. This place was perfect. Also had the party catered. The location of the property made the delivery so smooth. It's easy to find. The kitchen has everything you will need to serve a large group. Although we didn't have a chance to use the hot tub management took the extra effort to let us know it had been freshly cleaned and filled. All my questions were quickly addressed. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!

Gorgeous home centrally located

This beautiful home has loads of space, giant yard (we played several yard games all weekend), hot tub was huge! Pool table was a hit with everyone. The grounds keeper was very friendly and started a fire for us! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our family reunion

We booked this large recently-renovated rental home for a large 4day family reunion. It was perfect for our group which ranged from age 3 to 65. We appreciated the large well-stocked kitchen with a table that could seat 20 as we cooked in all of our meals. The young ones made use of the toys and pool table in the garage-converted lounge, the plethora of games, and the multiple areas for groups to lounge. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable including the queen bunks, and we appreciated the provision of extra mattresses in the closets that the teenagers preferred to utilize rather than sharing the queen beds. The hot tub was well maintained, and the property itself is beautiful despite its seemingly odd location. The property management communicated well and were very responsive to our one request. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Best place to kick back with the family for 3-night stay, I would have loved to stay longer

With 10 of us including four small children, we needed flexible sleeping options. This home delivered. Extra mattresses & beds, little alcoves, bunk beds, & more. Good AC, everyone was comfortable. These people are great communicators who have thought of almost everything you could need or want. The best-equipped vacation home ever & we’ve stayed in many. The hot tub was large, clean, & ready for use when we arrived, and there are loads of pool towels. Bring your own outdoor games. Plenty of furniture (indoor & outdoor) for the whole group, rooms & spaces, different areas to gather or spend time in alone or in small groups. Bluetooth speakers on the porch & in the hot tub gazebo. Five different picnic table/ bench sets placed around the spacious grounds. Large deck & patio. We appreciated the game/playroom with pool, foosball, toys, games, books, & more. Also the 2 dishwashers, and 2 washer/dryer combos. The restful property is tucked in between a small pond, a road leading to some kind of industrial building around a corner that had no negative effect on us whatsoever, a residential neighborhood, & another pond with a little overlook shelter that our grandkids loved to “hike” over to…about a 30-second walk LOL. Nice balance of open space & shade trees. Clean, pleasant, uncluttered, well-stocked, in a convenient location a few blocks off the Sunset Highway, a winner!

Peaceful, beautiful place!

Host was quick to reply and communicate. The home was beautiful. Two dishwashers & two washers & dryers. Beach towels for the hot tub. The decor made it so peaceful to be with family after losing our mom to cancer. Play room kept the kids entertained.

Baby Shower

Held our daughter-in-law’s baby shower here in April 2024. It rained but the views and balcony let us enjoy the outside anyway. This place is perfect for entertaining a larger group. Our family stayed overnight and found all our needs met. The home is well stocked, clean, and cozy. The management team is very responsive for questions. We’ve already started planning our next family gatherings at this property.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful home that was a great place for my friends and family to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. House was stocked with snacks for everyone, and there was plenty to do (foosball, pool, etc.). Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were in all of the rooms. Bathrooms were very nice, too. Hosts are amazing with communication. Would definitely stay again!
