The Space:

Spacious main level has kitchen and living room with woodstove, as well as the primary 2 bedrooms and full bath. Upstairs loft has a pool table, desk and chair and some lounging space. The lower level has a large 3rd bedroom equipped with a queen and 2 twins, a full bath, and an additional game area with a TV, dart board and small dining table.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. To take advantage of the summer activities, use the owner guest pass to purchase day or week use for amenities and activities.



The Neighborhood:

Blue Lake Springs is a centrally located neighborhood in Arnold, CA. It is a peaceful and quiet mountain community with a nice recreation center, pool, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, playground, large format games and scheduled summer activities for kids.



Getting Around:

The property is located 5 minutes drive to Big Trees Market, local restaurants and gas stations.



Other Things to Note:
