Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

The property was pet friendly and very clean. On the bottom level, but only heard footsteps a few times in the unit above. TV worked well, shower was powerful, and bed was comfortable. Requires some awkward steps to get to the front door, but parking above was spacious. Very easy location to get to Pinehurst and Southern Pines.

Very very dusty with large cobwebs along the ceiling in the living room area and bedroom headboard which is made of material had not been cleaned and contributed to allergies. Cobwebs also on light fixture above dining table.

The property was lovely. Conveniently located for our needs. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property and we did not cook or eat there, I did notice the kitchen supplies are very limited. I only found 3 dinner plates in the cabinet but there were several coffee cups and glasses. It didn't seem very "balanced" and certainly not enough if our son and daughter-in-law wanted to eat with us at the condo.

Quick retreat

It was the perfect stay for a quick 24 hour retreat. Hotel-like accommodations with the comfort of a den and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day soon.

Great location

We had a pleasant stay. Great location to Pinehurst. We would’ve liked to see a little more stocking of everyday items. Very minimal plates, mugs, kitchen towels, etc. We had 3 in our party, would stay again for the location.

Came to Pinehurst to play three days of tournament golf. The unit was clean, conveniently located and quiet. I was very pleased with my stay. I would book this unit again in the future.

Excellent stay!

We were so lucky to find this property to rent for the US Open at Pinehurst. It is a spacious one bedroom and nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed, w/d in unit and lots of privacy. There were plenty of linens, towels and supplies provided for our week's stay. We highly recommend!
