Great little place to stay

The place was clean, within walking distance of most everything you may need. The neighborhood was quiet with not much traffic.

Close to lots of restauants

The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Nice area to walk to lake and harbor. The room was clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels but could have had more wash cloths.

A week before my stay my adult son told me he could go along with me on the trip. I was excited and called to get a bigger room. It was literally hours after the ONE WEEK prior deadline and even though I called was unable to change the booking so I was forced to crowd into the one bed room with him. Not a huge deal but also not ideal. This is why I rarely book via these apps. They don’t have any flexibility and it is really frustrating.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for the review. Unfortunately we don't have a bigger unit at this rental complex. All four units are identical and are exactly as advertised as having one queen bed in each unit. So while we were not able to upgrade you to a bigger room because there was not one as an option we did have an additional unit in the building that your son could have rented, which this information was provided to you as well. I'd suggest in the future that you rent a bigger unit in the event you decide to bring additional guests along with you.

Great walking distance to downtown

This unit was perfect for just me and perhaps another person! Had what I needed, was clean and communicating with the property manager was easy and she was very prompt. The unit appears to be new construction and I found everything very comfortable! Walking downtown was only a block or three from almost anything I wanted or needed!
