In the early 1900's, The San Felice was a “villa hotel” on Seneca Lake adjacent to a historic steamboat landing, and that hospitality tradition continues today. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a private bath, two share the main bath upstairs and there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. The kitchen has seating for 18 people. A covered porch wraps around the home, and has a sink, washer & dryer. Behind the house is a gazebo and a charcoal grill. A dock extends into the lake.
The San Felice is located in the heart of Seneca Lake wine country. Wineries within a ten-minute drive include: Red Newt Cellars, Hector Wine Company, Damiani Wine Cellars, Leidenfrost Vineyards, Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards, J R Dill Winery, Magnus Ridge Winery, Chateau Lafayette Reneau, Rasta Ranch Vineyards, Bloomer Creek Vineyard, Penguin Bay Winery, Wagner Vineyards Estate Winery, Standing Stone Vineyards, Kings Garden Vineyard, Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars, Silver Thread Vineyard, Caywood Vineyards, Shalestone Vineyards, Bagley's Poplar Ridge Vineyards, and Silver Springs Winery.
