The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a 42inch 4/K LG Smart TV, all with HD service from Xfinity cable. Located 3 complexes from the south bridge this location provides you with easy on/off access to the Island and is also walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store! A free trolley allows you full access to all of Siesta Keys amenities! Each unit has 1 reserved parking space along with ample visitor parking. Siesta Harbor Condo Association requires an application along with a $150 non-refundable application fee paid directly to Siesta Harbor that must be submitted 15 days prior to start of rental period. (the reason for our strict cancellation policy) (Application fee waived if guest has previously stayed at Siesta Harbor in the previous (12) months) Minimum Rental Age: (55+) years old • Occupancy by Children Under 18... Children under the age of 18 may occupy owner occupied, leased, or loaned units only as temporary house guests or visitors. The total time of such occupancy by children under the age of 18 may not exceed 14 days in any three-month period or 30 days in any six-month period.
