The main house brings outdoor living to a new level! It’s open and spacious, incorporating the outside gardens, palm trees & fresh Caribbean air. Special features include the outdoor entertaining cabana complete with full wet bar, refrigerator, ice machine, and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the cabana, a table for 10, perfect for seating and dining al fresco. Not to be left out is the beautiful coralina sundeck, pool & jacuzzi with a separate outdoor shower and half bath. Boasting 2 full primary suites and a separate wing of 2 bedrooms with en suite baths & connecting private, outdoor shower. The fifth bedroom is a brand new, 2022, free standing casita complete with lounge, wet bar, en suite full bath & private outdoor shower.
Casa Bella’s outstanding location in relation to Minitas Beach and central location to Casa de Campo’s Hotel, golf facilities & marina make it an easy choice! Imagine cocktails in the poolside cabana before walking to Minitas Beach to have a memorable dining experience at The Beach Club to enjoy the sunset. On another evening, take the 4 person, included golf cart and drive to La Marina; enjoy the yachts and choose from among the several gourmet restaurants featured--it is only a ten-minute golf cart drive away. Altos de Chavon is another exquisite option to feel transported back in time to dining al fresco in a Italian village overlooking the Chavon River!
The Villa has five large guest bedrooms and five and a half baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, highspeed WIFI and TV’s. What sets the house apart is the option of 3 primary bedrooms. The 1st primary suite upstairs features a king-sized bed, open air balcony with breathtaking ocean views, living room w/ flat screen TV & wet bar, Sonos system, and private bath. The 2nd primary suite with king bed & pool views has a beautifully renovated full bath with large closets. The 3rd primary bedroom is a brand new, 2022 free standing casita complete with king bed, lounge, wet bar, en-suite full bath & private outdoor shower.
Casa Bella comes fully staffed to assist you with all your vacation needs. A cook, a maid and groundskeeper. Breakfast is prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Lunch and/or dinner is always an option per the guests request. Arrangements may be made at an additional cost (USD$25 per meal along with groceries for preparation). We request guests pay for the staff’s taxi home, if after hours, for their safety and time. Daily cleaning, linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. Babysitting available at request and additional fee.
