Unser Haus liegt direkt am Strand mit einer privaten Zufahrt in dieses kleine Viertel. Unser Strand ist eine Erweiterung von Broad Beach, einem der exklusivsten, berühmtesten Strände in ganz Malibu. Unser Strand steht nur Mietern und Hausbesitzern zur Verfügung und bietet ein sehr kleines Stadtgefühl mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Natur hier ist intakt, das Wasser ist das sauberste in Los Angeles, und es gibt Delfine, Seelöwen, Pelikane, Fische und Hummer in den Gewässern vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kinos und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn Sie Malibu nicht kennen oder wenn Sie bereits ein Fan dieser Küstenstadt sind, werden Sie dieses Strandhaus, das die Malibu-Erfahrung verkörpert, genießen. Es ist ein großartiger Zufluchtsort für sich allein oder eine hervorragende Lage, von der aus man die anderen Gegenden und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Los Angeles besuchen kann.

blissful month

our family of 4 had the most wonderful month in Malibu. the house is in the perfect location, the neighborhood is charming, as are the neighbors, and brace was responsive with anything we needed which was actually nothing bc the house and beach were perfect. thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

Malibu getaway

Our family had such an amazing time here. The location was perfect for us. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and having a cup of coffee on the balcony was a dream. We spotted dolphins on more than one occasion which was an added surprise. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would love to go back one day!

Gem within Malibu

Awesome location , and right across one of the most private beached on Malibu. Daily walks and you would run into maybe 1-2 of your neighbors. Listening to the waves at night will rock you to some deep sleep. Brandy was on the spot and helpful during the stay. Will be returning !!

Charming home on beautiful beach- perfect family getaway!

The house is very clean and well furnished, and Brandy had her housekeeper come twice during our 10-day stay, which was an unexpected bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet (except the remodeling/construction that seems to be happening on every other house) and the beach is semi-private (a public beach without much public) and considering we were there over the 4th of July, it was nice to not have to deal with loud parties and crowds. We were there with our 3 kids, 19, 17, and 8, and there was plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their privacy but also to hang out together. We can't wait to come back to Malibu and enjoy this house again!

Great place

This is a perfect spot for a family gathering. Very convenient and the home is well equipped. The gated community is very private and there is plenty of beach on which to walk which is rare in other areas of Malibu. The home is at sea level so no long steps to get to the sand..

Dream location!

I didn't want to post a review as I want to keep this house a secret but I will not be selfish! We had an amazing experience at this Broad beach home. We stayed for the whole month of July and it was extraordinary! Brandy and Francois were lovely, easy to deal with and very attentive. The home has everything you need for long or short term stay-tons of bed linens and towels, washer/dryer, cooks kitchen, beach equipment, etc.. The location is priceless. Best location in Malibu with the best sunset! We will be booking this next summer for sure! That is, if we don't move to Malibu first!

Wonderful stay
