The home includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen and full bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional comfort. Minimum renter age is 25. Guests age 25 or older must be staying on the property at all times. No smoking is allowed, and guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out is permitted. Pets are not allowed, including emotional support animals, as per HOA regulations.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Perfect location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with over 100 restaurants, the iconic Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and golf all right nearby. Entertainment abounds with attractions, live music concerts, and shows all nearby. 

Family friendly Main Street is just 5 minutes down Ocean Boulevard and is the perfect place to spend many an afternoon and evening. From ice cream shops to carnival rides in season to live music, there is something for everyone. Cool off with a cold drink and enjoy some local seafood, this part of North Myrtle Beach has it all! Even better, other area attractions such as all-new Barefoot Landing and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway to the Beach are all just a few minutes to the south!

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.
