Full ADA Unit! - 2 Bed 2 Bath Unit Near Downtown!

Summary:
This fully accessible 1st floor ADA apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane and the Spokane airport. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.

The Space:
The ease of the beautiful open floor plan will allow you to spend time and connect with your guests from almost anywhere in the home whether it be the kitchen or cozy living room. Our gorgeous accessible kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware. Staying in and preparing meals onsite will be a breeze! The beautifully decorated master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom complete with anchored accessibility rails and full size bathtub also with rails if needed. Our luxurious king size bed offers heavenly soft sheets and a lovely plush comforter truly fit for a king. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with the same decadent linens as our king suite. Relax and indulge yourself in comfort!

Should you require extra accommodations, our living room is complete with a sofa sleeper for your convenience. BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay here. It was just minutes from the airport, local stores and eateries. The place was a clean cozy haven away from home. My bed was so comfortable, I hit the pillow and slept straight until morning, a rare thing for me even at home! I highly recommend!

Great visit

Very clean and convenient location. The stove front eyes are not functioning properly, the left one over heats and the right one does not heat well. Oven was great and worked perfectly. We could not figure out the dishwasher.

We are a little disappointed to see this review as none of these issues were brought to our attention during the guests stay when we asked as they would have easily been remedied. This is an ADA unit, and as such, some of the appliances can be a little different to what others are accustomed to as they are designed to work easier for the ADA guest in mind. That being said, we personally tested the front stove burners and dishwasher. They are both working 100% correctly so we can only chalk this up to user error. A simple message or phone call could have solved these issues and would have given the guest a better experience. It’s just disappointing because we can’t help if we don’t know there is an issue.

Super clean; well stocked, very comfortable! Host responded quickly to questions and inquiries. My only negative would be that I don't strip the beds and start towels washing when I pay a cleaning fee. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay.

Convenient location. Very clean. Updated decor. Well supplied kitchen. Good old school drip coffee maker with ground coffee supplied. AC worked great. Huge ADA bathroom off the master. 5 stars all the way! Checks ALL the boxes!

I loved this place! The hosts Jerry and Natasha were always super quick to get back about any questions I had. The place was extremely clean, furnished lovely, plenty of room, the beds were the most comfortable I've had away from home. It is a very quiet area, slept great! It's very close to downtown, and convenient if going out for a fun dinner, or movie, etc. Close to the hospitals and Dr offices too. I stayed 14 nights, due to my recovering from surgery. I was able to rest easy, felt totally safe, and the ADA unit was so helpful. My friend that was taking care of me could get to the grocery store, etc in just few minutes. I'm going to stay here again, soon as I finish treatments, but on the top floor, looks like cute balconies up there (perfect way to celebrate!). Thank you to the lovely hosts Jerry and Natasha, for letting me stay!

Very clean. Everything you need.

Only downfall was parking of handicap vehicle right outside bedroom windows. Unfortunately the car left six times at 2:00am. Locking a vehicle honking outside your bedroom window is very annoying. Also headlights. Very, clean but I didn’t expect to strip the beds and start laundry ourselves. I really don’t mind starting a load of towels but asking for sheets to be done is to much.

We ask our guests to strip the bedding and put the linens and towels they had used on or in the washer. We do not ask our guests to do any laundry whatsoever so we are not sure where the miscommunication was with this guest.

Super Spotless Spokane Stay

Our family was very impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The beds were very, very comfortable. Adequate size kitchen, large ADA bathroom with bars for mobility assistance, easy to find, great access to the freeway and…not too far from Luna, an absolutely wonderful restaurant. For guest with mobility issues- the stools at the counter, the only eating space, are difficult to negotiate. Living room furniture a bit stiff, a small space recliner or overstuffed chair would make watching T.V. a little more comfortable, especially for those with mobility issues. We were aware that the ADA bathroom was a step into bathtub so we brought provisions to access the tub for family member with mobility difficulties. Communication with owners Jerry and Natasha was clear, concise and informative, no surprises. We highly recommend this property for a Super Spotless Spokane Stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean and comfortable

We stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath ADA unit. We didn't need the apartment with accommodations, but it was what was available and the size we needed. The check in process was simple, and the apartment was very clean. The area is a quiet area and parking was available. We didn't use any of the appliances other than the microwave, so I can't comment on that. The beds are comfortable. We were there over Mother's Day weekend and it was very warm. I would suggest the owners provide one more fan for the bedrooms since there was only one available. There is A/C, but there are no vents in the bedrooms. Although the A/C works very well, you have to leave your bedroom door open to feel the cool air. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely stay there again. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and they made the check out process quick and simple.

Very accommodating

We traveled with an elderly family member and the ADA accommodations and w/d in the unit were a big plus for us to have. Owners were quickly responsive to any questions and very helpful! Unit is newly decorated, clean, and quiet.
