Our home offers a lovely open floor plan with easy access to the beach! Perfect for a family of 6-8; with a decorative electric fireplace to enjoy warm nights near the ocean. Wake up a short walk away from the beach! Enjoy drinking coffee or tea on your own patio deck with the sound of the sea to serenade your mornings. This condo faces Monterey Bay- Perfect for sunrises. Our beach condo is Professionally managed - Sanitized with On Site staff 7 days a week!

This condo was remodeled, with all new Kitchen, baths & more! The dining room; fully equipped kitchen and living room flow openly for enjoying family time. Flat screen TVs with Cable & DVD players in the living room (50” TV) and master bedroom. The master has a king bed, two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed perfect for a couple and the other with 2 bunk beds ideal for 2-4 children. This home is on the first level making it easily accessible to the beach where you can watch the sunrise or sunset. Bask in the sun and watch the seabirds in a relaxing setting.

The deck makes for perfect evenings enjoying nature and the scent of the ocean. Equipped with Linens and towels for all your needs. Our lobby has a gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts and great kites that you can fly at the beach!

Nearby amenities include tennis, basketball, and bocci ball courts are available for use and we also have sports equipment you can rent out for free at our lobby.

Reap the benefits of staying in the Pajaro Dunes Resort and vacation like no other. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

This place was perfect for our two-family weekend getaway. The unit location is amazing and the condo is very clean and well equipped. The check in process was a little clunky because it involves a few steps with different gatehouses, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We have a family reunion every year centered around our beach condo a little north of Pajaro Dunes. This unit was beautiful decorated, a lovely place for 4 of our family members to stay.

Peaceful family friendly getaway

Our favorite annual beach getaway

We have been going to Pajaro Dunes annually for 15+ years. This property was by far one of the best given it's quietness and location and proximity to the beach. Absolutely loved it.

Major exterior construction has been going on for some time and the entire exterior walk ways have been taped off with yellow construction flagging - its everywhere and has been left up so long some of it is no longer yellow and there is a lot of it flapping in the wind. This is our third year at this complex and we know the atmosphere is really nice - this year it was like vacationing in a construction zone. Also some of the interior equipment was not as described. AND, we were not informed that there were raccoons on the property - one entered our unit while we had the front door open while unloading our items at arrival that ate some food off of the kitchen counter

Unfortunately, weather delays pushed the project back longer than anticipated, and we understand how the construction flagging, restricted walkways, and overall atmosphere impacted the relaxing environment you have come to expect from previous stays. We regret that your vacation experience felt affected by the ongoing work. We are also sorry to hear that some of the interior equipment did not meet the expectations set by our listing. Additionally, we apologize that you were not made aware of the raccoons occasionally seen in the area. We understand how alarming it must have been to have one enter the unit while you were unloading your belongings, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and understanding. We hope that once the construction is complete, you will consider returning for another beach getaway so you can once again enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful coastline, and relaxing experience that make this property so special. Great place.

Nice clean, quiet close walk to beach. Directions from main check in gate house to actual unit confusing only negative thing.

Beautiful beach property

Our second time staying here . Beautiful place in a prime location to the beach. Kids had a blast playing in the sand and our adult children fished off the beach. Very clean and well managed. Beach is pristine and up-kept well . We will be returning next year.

Great Place

We had a great time - location was great, the unit was very very clean (loved the added touch of the bow on the toilet paper and towels), lights switches could have been confusing but the owners took the time to label everything. Very impressed!

Winter getaway

The condo was clean and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked as there's not a lot of close locations to dine out or get groceries. We were there during an intense storm so we couldn't take advantage of being right by the beach, but it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. The check in process was seamless.

Family trip

What a beautiful home! Everything was as described. Clean, spacious and very well situated to beach access just steps away! We spent a weekend with all our adult children and we had plenty of space and cooking vessels and utensils at our disposal. That made it so easy to save money and eat a nice meal at the house. We would definitely book again.

Great family home

We had a great stay and are already planning to come back next year. The bunk bed room with books and toys for the kids was a hit. Beach access was amazing and so simple. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The check in process was a bit jumbled as the security check points sent is back and forth before realizing we needed to go into front desk but that was minor. We did Roaring Camp one day and the boardwalk the other and the location couldn’t be better.
