Wonderful Holiday Home on the Water
Set in a delightful and civilized colony, 47 Nantucket is a wonderful spot tp spend a winter break, as we did. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. Most of all tenants are blessed with a wonderful.view of the lagoon and the beach club beyond it, just four minutes walk away. One of its great pleasures is to sit and watch the bird life on the lagoon, along with the occasional otter sighting and the little turles popping their heads above water! The beach is breathtaking - we saw it in sun and storm and it is always beautiful. The club pool and hot tub (the one at the house is not warm enough for winters) are excellent. We enjoyed the bikes which came with the house. The beds (one king and one superking - looking out on the lake) are super-confortable. When all our kids visited, we used the two mattresses from the conservatory and fitted five adults easily. Surrounded by a friendly community and in easy reach of several great bars and restaurants, not to mention the legendary Ragga Cafe for breakfast/brunch, we felt entirely at home and our month shot by. The town of Palm Coast is just fifteen minutes drive away offering every amenity - a Publix grocery store is just five minutes from the house. We will certainly have this house as one of our holiday options for many visits in the future!
