Great location with easy beach access.

Beautiful place with a very easy walk to beach. The only issue was the internet… it went out constantly so it made it hard to connect and with 2 adults trying to work from laptops, it was very frustrating. I still gave 5 star review because the place is great and a perfect location but the Internet needs to be addressed.

The first night there , the toilet was running and would not stop . There had been a leak or something in the floor of the hall and bedroom ( as you walked on the flooring there was water seeping up through the planks of flooring ) . We grabbed a paper towel and wiped it up when we seen it and the floor was filthy, the paper towel was black . There was no iron in the condo as was listed … there was however and ironing board . Saturday morning I sent a text telling of the issues , they finally responded back on Sunday at 3:00ish … I didn’t see it for an hour . I responded back and got nothing in return . Monday morning is found the leak that was causing the floor issues , the AC drain pan was stopped up . I found a phone number and called , told of all the issues …. Went on about our day and was told that they would come see about it but they was swamped with calls . That evening , we came in and they had fixed the drain issue on the AC , but left a mess in the floor and didn’t bring the iron or fix the toilet . Tuesday called again , was told everything had been addressed and fixed … I assured them that it had not … they sent someone back out to resolve the issues …. Was told that they would see about some compensation for our troubles , but haven’t seen anything yet . The listing shows there is a sofa bed and that the unit will sleep 6 , this is wrong,both love seats are not beds and there is a set of bunk beds . So the unit will only sleep 4 . Location great !!!

Family beach getaway

Interior was updated and clean. Exterior was a little run down, but they looked to be in the process of updating. Only negative thing was in the master bedroom sliding glass door did t have good curtains or blinds to block the incoming light. It was very bright in the morning and there was a street light right outside that kept in somewhat bright all night.

The condo is nicely decorated and overall a good place. We had no idea there was no cable (comes free with condo hoa) and streaming only. We couldn’t find what they were streaming for the entire stay. Very frustrating. The fan on the porch wouldn’t come on and only with fiddling with it did we get it to come on the day before we left. Contacted property management and they were to send someone but we never saw anyone. There is a lot of light coming in the sliding glass door in the bedroom at night even with the blinds closed.

Nice place

It was a great spot close to the beach! There were a few things that didn't make it great for our family. The washing machine and dryer seemed to never been cleaned. The washing machine had the nastiest smell and mold on the seals. It was a front loader and definitely never been cleaned. The dryer was not drying as it should. Sitting out back we noticed that the dryer vent was so slapped full of lint we were then scared to use it that it would catch fire! Also sitting out back there was an old open can of paint/water and some left over piece of wood from the place being remodeled it seemed. Also speaking of paint cans there were cans of paint in the bathroom cabinet with a broken shelf. They put the bath towels in the same cabinet with them. The cans were very assemble to our toddlers which we had to then move to the top shelf of the pantry. It was a nice little place just needed a little more attention to detail to make it that much better for our family. We enjoyed our stay.
