Freshly updated house, contemporary design, clean and modern! Perfect for family vacation or a longer stay in FL! 18 min drive to beautiful Fort Myers beach, close to shops, dining, anything you need is within 5-10 minute drive! Yet, the house is privately tucked away on a quiet street, perfect for privacy! Spring Traning location - 4 min to CenturyLink Complex, 11 min to Jet Blue Park. Beautiful islands, parks, and beaches are all around to enjoy a perfect SW Florida vacation!

The house is spacious, with an open room concept to comfortably sleep 8 guests. Comfortable outdoor pool area provides an additional space to enjoy the time outdoor.

Kitchen - large, fully stocked kitchen with many appliances - crock pot, waffle maker, blender, bakeware - anything you need to cook delicious meals!

We provide plenty of towels and pool towels.

There are four bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a walk-in bathroom and closet.
Each bedroom has plenty of space for hanging and folding clothes. If you have an infant, we have a high chair and a crib for your convenience.
There is a designated workspace in one of the bedrooms, situated in the back of the house for quiet time.
Large dining table for family dinners.
The outdoor pool area has BBQ and table/chairs to enjoy the time outside by the pool.
The house is very welcoming, functional, and comfortable!

There is a laundry area with a washer/dryer available for guest use.

THINGS TO DO:
Lakes Regional Park - nearly 300 acres of beautiful nature trails, lakes and gardens. Two playgrounds and water parks, a miniature train ride and railroad museum, bikes and watercraft available for rental, food concession, fitness trail and lots of picnicking areas.

Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve - convenient, fun, and interesting nature park for birders, environmentalists, families, and all nature lovers. Located in South Fort Myers, this treasured peek at old-Florida nature is approximately 2,200 acres of prime Florida wetland, with 1.2 miles of boardwalk

JetBlue Park - Primarily used for spring training for the Red Sox it is remarkably designed to resemble Fenway. If you're a Red Sox fan you'll definitely love JetBlue park, as they have the same traditions and camaraderie as in Fenway. But even if you're just a fan of the game you'll still really enjoy your day here!

CenturyLink Sports Complex - Hammond Stadium - The Fort Myers Miracle are the Class A Advanced minor league baseball affiliate of the Minnesota Twins Major League Baseball club. Since moving to Fort Myers in 1992, the Miracle have qualified for the Florida State League Playoffs eight times and won the Florida State League Championship in 2014. Home games are played at Hammond Stadium at the CenturyLink Sports Complex. The Fort Myers Miracle season begins in April and ends in September.

Nice home, needs deep clean and better preparation

This is a nice home and has great potential. However, it was extremely dirty. The pillows were horribly stained, the dust caked air vents throughout and the fabric master headboard was covered in dust were the tip of the iceberg. There was zero care put into hosting guests. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, screws in the walls showed where paintings were obviously missing off walls, bunk beds that were ready to fall apart and a backyard covered in all kinds of trash. Pictures of a once existent grill left us disappointed when there was none on arrival. The pool is nice but there are open electrical boxes with live wires throughout the exterior walls. Finally, the side gate was completely open when we arrived and had no mechanism for being shut, if it did there would still be a foot gap between the wood fence and gate. The pictures I can’t post would be worth these 1,000 characters, would not recommend for the price.

Nice place, adaquate, not homey

It was a nice visit, adaquate in every way. The backyard was needs to be cleaned up.. The rooms were sparcely furnished, the kitchen had no saran wrap, baggies or any kind of food storage containers. It would have been nice to have better quality linens and rugs on the floor. There were no cards games or pens. The island stools were wobbly and needed tips on the legs. It is a beautiful home, but more furnishings would make it more comfotable for guests. I

Wonderful and comfortable stay

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The pool was clean and lots of fun, not heated though. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. I love having a washer and dryer on the premises. Only downfall is the master bathroom shower drains quite slowly, so don't take two 15 minute showers in a row, lol...
