Thanks for your review Christine! We love the location of Etta 112 for its close proximity to town/groceries and ski access. Unfortunately we do not manage the hot tubs - they are ran by the HOA, we are so sorry they were out of service while you were here. Let us know next time you're in Telluride we'd be happy to host you again!

We appreciate the review, Cody. Thank you for pointing out some of the condo's great qualities such as open space, great views, and secluded bedrooms. To address your concerns- managing short term rentals is a bit unique in regards to what we manage/don't manage. The status of the deck is an HOA issue. Lodging in Telluride cannot, unfortuantely, remodel or maintain the deck (legally). Similarly, the pool and hot tub is not managed by us either. The HOA is in charge of all cleanings, maintenance, and closures (this would include water temperature). When we informed that the water temp was too cold for you, we immediately contacted the Property Manager; that was the most we could do at the time. We never heard from you again, so we didn't know it was still an ongoing issue. If we would have known we would have given you access to two different pools both two minute walk away. Correct, this property does not have an elevator and we accurately disclose that on our listings. We'd be happy to host you again- glad you were still able to enjoy telluride despite the status of the deck, pool temperature, and lack of elevators on site! -Lodging in Telluride
