Original Beach front Cottage

Original beachfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers under the covered porch. Pet-friendly with no breed/weight restrictions (pet fee 110,00 required). Cottage is one-half of a duplex that sits ocean front on Holden Beach. Each side has it’s own private entrance and fenced in yard.

Cozy studio has been completely renovated with thoughtful upgrades and amenities. Queen size bed with queen sofa pullout (extra linens upon request for bookings with less than 3 guests). Full size bathroom with shower/tub combo and heated tile for floor for your maximum comfort. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and premium cookware. Egret offers an array of cooking gadgets, spices and condiments to making cooking a breeze.

We provide fresh linens/comforters, bath towels, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, iron, beach chairs/towels and umbrella upon request. No stairs to climb, level walkway, and fully fenced yard perfect for children, pets (pet fee 110,00), and older guests. Enjoy roasting s’mores or a cozy fire with our outdoor fire pit. New flooring throughout along with heating/AC unit. I am a local host that is always available should a situation arise.

Egret is a self-check in home, you will receive a check in details prior to your stay as well as a message on the day of your arrival. Guests will also receive checkout instructions prior to your departure. Please park in front of Egret's designated parking sign. If you are bringing an extra car, pull behind the car in front of you,

Pets are welcome with a pet fee of 110.00 that covers the first (2) pets. Each additional pet requires an extra fee with a maximum of 4 pets. Any pets that are not declared are subject to voiding your reservation along with a 250.00 fee. Please do not remove pet cover from the sofa or use towels for pet use. doing so could result in an extra cleaning fee.
