The Space:

Studio 6 is a stand-alone space completely independent from the main building, featuring its own private bathroom and kitchen. It includes a king-sized bed and a dining table with chairs. Conveniently located next to the shared pool and jacuzzi, the complex is also equipped with a powerful generator and a 1,000-gallon water cistern, ensuring uninterrupted service. We're always open for business. This studio is ADA friendly.



Guest Access:

You'll have everything you need for a memorable stay, with the added security of a gated community and individual code access for each guest. We offer one parking space per villa, with extra parking available across the street and around Dorado. Dorado is a town in the northern coast of Puerto Rico, approx. 40 km away from Puerto Rico´s capital San Juan and about a 25-35 min. drive from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (located in San Juan).

Alternatively, you can rely on taxi services or utilize ride-sharing apps such as Uber. While Uber may not be the most prevalent transportation option in the area, we are delighted to inform you that Uber Eats is readily available, providing a convenient and delicious solution for your dining needs. Your comfort and convenience are our utmost concern, and we strive to cater to your every requirement.
