The main floor is wheelchair accessible. A spiral staircase leads to the downstairs that also has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, living room, and laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. If you wish to rent only the main floor just message us on VRBO and we will refund the fee for the downstairs which also includes the washer and dryer.
