Plenty of space for an air mattress that you provide.
You will be responsible for all Linens, we are more than happy to make arrangements to provide Linens for you, however (additional fees may apply)

Mother-In Law Quarters- w/1- Bath above the garage sleeps 4 additional guest. Additional Fees of $135.00 per night will apply due at time of booking.

1- Twin Hide a bed.
Quarters Includes coffee pot, mini fridge and microwave.

Kitchen includes all cookware and utensils. BBQ on the deck with an extra large ice chest. The house has plenty of DVD’s, games, dice, kids toys, basketball court in driveway, and WiFi.

You must pay a fee charged by the LACC for renting a property in the Country Club. Fees must be paid upon check-in a form will be sent to you 30 days prior to check-in. Charges include the family fun activities in the area including Sunday concerts in the park, fishing, boat ramps, beach access for day use/swimming, sports center, basketball, bocce ball, disc golf and much more.

Getting your Boat in and out of the driveway is a breeze. Boat Fee will apply please inquire for more information.

NO PETS allowed, No SMOKING allowed, No PARTY'S allowed! Immediate removal of the property and additional fees will be applied.

We are doing some maintenance on the property as well as painting the exterior of the cabin in 2026.
