Best value on the Island, Perfect for us

The Villa has a spectacular view to the south over Friendship Bay. It is located within the community so you get lots of Island vibes and meet many locals during our 2 1/2 month stay. The owners could not be more super, they helped us in so many ways and made every improvement we requested. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off during the day or night.

My Holiday

Had a lovely stay in this very clean and well equipped Villa. The pool and view are amazing. Spent some of the time split sitting around the pool admiring the spectacular views and taking dips in the warm pool. Was nice to be able to cook at times and choose to sit outside to dine - plenty of choice re tables/chairs. Also ventured out to Town and had delicious Rotis from local vendors. Also went to Jacks for an evening meal which was delicious with a great ambience and view of the Sea and Sunset. The buses were cheap, regular and had friendly drivers. Would definitely return.

Great neighborhood house with stunning views

This house was amazing. The private pool overlooking friendship bay was our favorite part and used it daily to cool off after walking around town. Walking distance to the heritage museum and just up the hill from Friendship Bay, the spot is tucked away enough to feel more like home than a resort or villa. It’s right above a bus stop, so make sure to learn the bus/van system before going. It’s the best/easiest/cheapest way to move around the island. Although the spot is great, you rely on the wind to keep cool, so windows/doors are open a lot. We experienced a lot of mosquitoes, so bring your bug your bug spray! Other than the mosquitos, everything was perfect and the house was better than the photos!

Bequia is a mountainous island

You have to get your head around steps, this is a mountainous island there are steps everywhere. The good news is at Palm House the steps are wide and the pitch is not deep. That for me was the only concern. But I mastered it within the week and my stay was phenomenal. Zeke and his family are awesome, the apartment is superb, the plunge pool is beautiful after a day on the beach and Friendship Bay has to be the most wonderful beach on the island, it is quiet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thx Zeke, Suzette, Zonique and Zashon.

Amazing Stay on Bequia Island

My wife and I spent 6 nights at this property in late March 2024, and had a fantastic experience. Below is a short list of items others may find helpful when considering this property, but to sum up in short: we'd totally go back again in a heartbeat (and plan to)! - Zashon (manager) and Zeke (owner) were a pleasure to deal with. They took really good care of us during our stay. - The property is in the 1st storey of a 2-storey building, with Zeke and his family living upstairs. Despite that, we felt we had plenty of privacy and the benefit was that when we had questions or concerns, Zeke was close by to help. And he was REALLY helpful. - The property has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a single. - The property is by the West side of Friendship Bay, near the Bequia Beach hotel. - My wife and I loved the location, as it was clean, had great views, a nice plunge pool and access to a quiet beach. We felt closer to the locals, which is the experience we were looking for. You do need to take a cab or "dollar bus" (recommended!) to the Admiralty Bay side of the island where the main beaches, restaurants and shops are, but it's not far. - No issues with mosquitos or bugs at all. Maybe the time of year? - No A/C does make for some warm nights, but there's always a windward ocean breeze and fans are provided. - Wildlife can be a little noisy at night - tree frogs, dogs, etc. due to open windows. Not a big deal, but notable. I sleep with ear plugs so no problem.

View was amazing! But mosquitoes eat us alive and no AC in rooms so was hot! Nicely decorated and extremely clean. Bathroom and toilet a bit not private if not a close family.
