This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom includes a 32” cable TV with a DVD player. Tuck into a comfy king bed in the master bedroom, complete with direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds, and the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the complex’s parking garage. Please note that there is limited parking for oversized vehicles. This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
