Welcome to Colony Club U7!
This delightful 2BR/2BA 2nd floor condo is ideally situated just 5 miles inland from scenic Gulf Shores, Alabama. This family-friendly retreat is nestled in the pristine, quiet Colony Club community, conveniently located near exciting and fun attractions such as the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, OWA, and Tanger Outlets. Also, just a short drive away, are the Foley Events Center and Sports Complex and the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Sportsplexes, making life easier for those looking for peace and proximity.
This unit is for sale and requires showings from time to time so it we would appreciate you working with us on this matter. Realtors are required to give us a 24 hours' notice prior to showing, and they need your approval to enter. Showings should be around 15 minutes long and there is no need for you to clean. You may choose to be there or leave the home... your preference. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Enter into a spacious and welcoming living area, perfect for unwinding with loved ones while enjoying your favorite movie or TV show with Cable TV and streaming options available. The sofa sleeper adds flexibility for additional sleeping arrangements. Access the private balcony from the living area, offering a tranquil spot to savor your favorite beverage while watching a beautiful Gulf Coast sunset.
The well-equipped kitchen is generously stocked with all the essentials for crafting delightful home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats four at the dining table, with additional seating for two at the bar, enhancing your dining experience.
The king suite is complemented by a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom, conveniently located just across the hall, offers a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV with Cable TV and streaming options for your entertainment. Additionally, free High-Speed Internet is provided throughout the home.
Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay, not daily.
**Please note that The Colony Club enforces a strict No Pets Policy.
Whether you're in town for a USSSA tournament or simply seeking a stress-free retreat away from island traffic, this condo is the ideal choice for both families and friends.
CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
