Thoughtfully decorated and designed with convenience in mind, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not sampling the area's many restaurants. The bright, open living area flows seamlessly onto an oversized private balcony—the largest in the building—with plenty of seating for relaxing together above the emerald waters of the Gulf.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access with stunning Gulf views. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

If you're searching for the perfect spot in paradise, Phoenix III 3038 is the ideal place to call home during your Orange Beach vacation.

Guests at Phoenix III enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball goal, convenience store, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Condo was great! The bigger balcony was a big bonus, the height was great for a view, clean, kitchen stocked well, and hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. Location right on the beach, super easy walk to the pools and other amenities in neighboring buildings, like the coffee shop. We had a great time!

Wonderful view from the extra large deck!We were very comfortable in the condo, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the living area was comfortable and the bedrooms were nice as well. Easy access to the beach and good location in Orange beach made our stay the best!The only negative was the amount we had to pay to park our cars to stay at the condo.

We rented this unit for the 8U Baseball WorldSeries. The unit is located right on the beach. It has the biggest balcony I have ever seen on a condo! It was so relaxing sitting out there watching and listening to the Gulf.Inside was very clean and up to date. My wife liked the vanity being separated from the toilet and tub.Kitchen is well outfitted.Most importantly, after all day at the hot ballpark, we were able to enjoy a well air conditioned unit. We would stay here again.

Great location and perfect accommodations!

Spent the week here for a baseball tournament. Location was spectacular and the view was fantastic. Loved everything about the place. Would definitely stay again.

Spring break perfection

Such a great location, gorgeous condo, and tons of amenities. It was quiet and the perfect getaway. Everything as described, we would stay here again!
