Pefkides suites consist of 5 spacious and independent fully equipped home/suites (four of 57 sqm and one of 40 sqm) with a large garden and a shared pool. Each apartment-suite, which can accommodate 2-5 people, gives the feeling of absolute freedom and ensures an unobstructed view to nature and a whole experience.
Four of the apartments-suites have two floors and an internal staircase. The balconies of the upper floor are architecturally designed, in order for you to enjoy your coffee overlooking the sea and the Proti Island framed by the green of the pine trees. One of the apartments-suites is designed for access to people with disabilities (or simply those who do not like stairs).
All the apartments-suites are air-conditioned. The decoration is subtle and with earthy tones, while the large coco-mat beds made of natural materials guarantee you sweet dreams in the sound of the crickets from the bush. Parking is available inside the complex.

Returned to family roots in Marathopoli and loved Pefkides, since then i spent my summers in Marathopoli. I love sunsets, pink sky and salt water. I love meeting people&exploring new places.

History of Pefkides goes back to the family roots . An old family dream that came true. It is the land that we spent our summers as children and our heritage . We love the fact thet the land has not been affected by the mass tourism and keeps its originality and tradition. I want people to explore the land that we love and love it.
Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig
Things i love in Pefkides is the modern home design and the lovely surrounds. Our garden is designed with lots of love and the pool gives an excellent sense of peace and tranquility. Our balconys are perfect for catching morning rays over breakfast. Some touches will make your stay extra special such as olive spa products, swimming and bathing towels on a daily basis. What i love doing is taking the path through the trees to the sea and swimming from the rocks as the water there is pretty amazing, but maybe not suitable for small kids. Marathopoli is 1minute drive or 10 mins walk by the sea.
