The couch makes a miserable bed. Everything else was super nice. Would rent again. Just would not have a third person with us.

Place was great, as described. Take a pic of check in info as service was not great when we arrived so it took a bit to get it to load.

Cindy: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us. That is a great idea about taking a photo of check in information. Depending on your cell phone carrier, there could be spots in the Estes Park area where cell phone service isn't as strong. Most people connect their phone to our WiFi once they are on property. We hope you can stay again in the future. Jamie

Everything was beautifully clean and cozy. We had a very nice day there. The only thing that I would criticize is the the front courtyard area was completely dark at night and none of our front porch lights worked other than that. We had a beautiful stay.
