Villa Nouveau. Diese fantastische Ferienvilla befindet sich in der südwestlichen Ecke von Cape Coral ganz in der Nähe der Tarpon Point Marina. Es ist eine der besten und begehrtesten Wohngegenden in Cape Coral. Der Hafen von Tarpon Point ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Geschäfte, Ärzte, Apotheken usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Dieses Ferienhaus ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Der Camelot Park mit seinem großen Spielplatz ist schnell erreichbar. Es stehen auch 2 kostenlose Tennisplätze zur Verfügung, die auch abends beleuchtet sind.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Der einzige Verkehr in dieser Straße wird durch Nachbarn verursacht.

Die Bootslage dieses Hauses ist fantastisch. Es ist eine 55min schöne Bootstour zum Caloosahatchee River, der einen schnellen Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko bietet, es ist auch eine der schönsten Bootstouren hier in der Gegend. Das passende Boot kann optional zu diesem Haus dazu gebucht werden und wird Ihnen bei Ankunft von einem fachkundigen Bootsführer übergeben. Bootsanweisungen und Tipps erhalten Sie dann vor Ort. Alle unsere Boote haben leistungsstarke Motoren GPS-System mit Tiefenmessung und Fischfinderfunktion, Kühlbox, Kabine und Bluetooth-Radio. BOOTSFAHREN IN FLORIDA IST OHNE SCHEIN ERLAUBT!!

Alle Möbel und Geräte sind neu. Der gestaltete Poolbereich ist das Highlight dieses Hauses. Vom Whirlpool und Pool aus genießen Sie die fantastische Aussicht auf den Kanal. Elektrisch beheizt, erwärmt der Pool das Wasser zu jeder Jahreszeit auf eine angenehme Temperatur, die Sie selbst bestimmen können. Neben dem Whirlpool bietet die Länge des Pools genügend Platz, um morgens ein paar Runden zu schwimmen.

Vom eleganten, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer (mit 60‘LCD + DVD-Player) genießen Sie den Blick auf den großen Pool, den breiten Kanal und den tropischen Garten. Die Glasschiebetüren lassen sich komplett öffnen, so dass ein tolles Innen-Außen-Gefühl entsteht.

Neben dem großen Hauptschlafzimmer (50‘LCD) mit Kingsize-Bett und begehbarem Kleiderschrank gibt es auf der anderen Seite der Villa noch 3 große Schlafzimmer mit Schlafzimmer und Queensize-Betten. Insgesamt haben wir Platz für 8 Reisende.

Sie haben auch von der atemberaubenden Küche aus einen fantastischen Blick auf Pool und Kanal. Unsere Küche ist wie unsere eigene ausgestattet. Es wird Ihnen an nichts fehlen. Eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Vom Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Hauptschlafzimmer und der Gästetoilette aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Pool.

Family Spring Break

We had plenty of room for my family of 6 adults and one infant. The house was very clean with all the amenities that we need. We had maintenance come to fix the fan in the main bathroom. They were very helpful and quickly fixed it.

Villa Nouveau

The stay was very relaxing. This is our second time using VRCC and we were just as pleased as the first. The house was spacious and comfy while the pool was simply amazing. We love the area the house was located as well since it is so close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very excited for the next time we stay at a VRCC.

Stunning property, great location!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, specious and roomy for a family of 5. All bedrooms are well appointed with king size beds and three full bathrooms. Great location, very quiet and private. We rented a boat so we ventured out to the river and over to Sanibel Island. Be sure to pack kids life jackets as they aren’t able to rent them. Great property management company, very responsive. Highly recommend this place/company (VRCC).

They only negative about the property was the Wifi had some issues and the tablet which worked the pool and hot tub wasn't working andI tried to reach out to get some assistance I got no response from the property manager via IM. pictures. Pretty House

The pictures on the house were exactly as the house looked. It was very modern but it did not have a homey feeling. The three bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable but the den was not very comfortable even with the full side bed. The backyard was very spacious and nice, the only issue we had was that it was very quite neighborhood and my daughter is hard of hearing so when she spoke her voice traveled and came back. Although the house was very nice, I wouldn't not rent it again. We rented this house for Labor Day weekend just to get away as a family for some fun and relaxation. On Labor day we get the manager at the front door stating that the neighbors called because the sprinklers were on all night and day. There was no water any were and the grass was dry. I was outside early that morning before around 2 am, since I couldn't sleep cause it was so cold. So I doubt that was why the neighbors called. Since that was not enough, 30 minutes later, "The pool man" came in to apparently check the water of the pool. I asked him, "So they have you working on Labor Day?" and he answers yes. He didn't even say ask to come in, he just came inside the back yard, and said "I have to check the pool". I felt so violated and disrespected by these two incident, I didn't even want to continue staying there. I didn't feel safe and I couldn't wait until the next day to leave.

Dear Saby, we appreciate every feedback even if it´s not positive for us. We try to improve our business with each customer and your review helps us to reach that goal. Please let me clarify for justification some of your issues. you stated you found the house in exactly the described conditions. However you were unhappy that the neighbourhood is too quiet ? It was so quite that you heard your voice traveling back ? Guilty ! It is indeed one of the quietest neighbourhoods in Cape Coral. You stated the house was very nice and spacious. However you don´t want to rent this place again because you were unhappy that the property manager took care of the sprinkler system that was running all night long. We apologize for that but usually customers complain about a sprinkler system all night long. It´s bothering and after a few hours you would have a flooded driveway and yard. On top of it, this is a violation against city rules. You further stated you felt violated and disrespected by the pool service because he was performing his service while you were there. Well, a pool has to be serviced weekly in order to provide a hygienically flawless pool to every customer. Especially during this pandemic it is absolutely necessary to maintain all parts of a vacation rental in time and properly. Saby, to be honest i can´t identify with a 3 star rating for your trip. As mentioned above, we try to improve ourselves by using valuable feedback from customers. Even if i try really hard i don´t know what i would have done different. The house is in a quite neighbourhood. Of course it is and we don´t want to change that. Our customers usually look for that. The property manager resolved a problem even before you had the chance to complain about it. He informed you personally about the issue and that it has been resolved already. That´s service at it´s best that we want to provide to all our customers. The pool service did his weekly check. As you said he did not just brushed the tiles a little bit and left a note. No, he tested the water before he even started the cleaning. That is excellent and exactly what it needs in these uncertain times. However i appreciate your feedback and hope you had a good time in our Villa Nouveau.

Nice house...but they had a hurricane

Pros: The house is wonderful. Very modern, clean, and it seemed new or newly renovated. We also rented the boat shown in the picture (there is a boating company associated with the property but the boat DOES NOT come with the property, it was $200/day. But the boat was the best part of the vacation! My kids loved it! Spa worked great too and heated fast, it had great lighting and jets! Cons: There was a house going up next door, but since it was over the Christmas weekend, we didn't have to deal with much noise. We have stayed in Florida many times and we always make sure to make a heated pool because cold weather tends to follow us. We tried for 3 days to heat the pool and it never reached above the air temp. I called the property manager and she told us "oh everyone is having a problem with it and it's nothing they can do as long as the a heater is running in the back of the house." Then when We went to check out, the individual told us they had a very abnormal cold spell and the heated pools on their properties turned off as a safety mechanism when the air temp drops below 50...so we wasted 3 days trying to heat a pool that didn't have a chance to heat?! Plus, they charge 0.19 cents per watt of electricity when we checked out and take it out of the security deposit (didn't mention that in the description) so our electric bill was very high because of all the attempts made to waste electrify to heat a pool that didn't heat 😤🤯. Plus, the screen that covered the pool was mostly gone, which allowed the ducks to come in and drink the pool water and poop everywhere. The first thing we did was clean up duck poop from the deck so my crew wouldn't step in it and track it into the house. There was a lot of houses with a lot of damage to their properties, docks recked, screens gone, fences demolished, still trying to recover from the hurricane. The neighbor was smart and put up snick fencing to keep the ducks away, didn't look the greatest, but it kept the ducks out! Overall, nice house, quiet property when the construction workers were not there, boat was great, the hot tub worked great, but the pool was a huge disappointment. We have never heard an excuse for not being able to heat a pool such as the temp being too cold. It wasn't an issues for the spa that was steaming. So as long as the weather is good, hopefully future guests will enjoy it

We would like to address a few of the concerns mentioned, primarily for clarity for future guests. Regarding the pool heating: during your stay, we experienced an unusually cold weather period. Pool heat pumps are designed with safety mechanisms that automatically shut down when outdoor temperatures drop below a certain threshold (typically around 50°F). This is a standard industry safeguard to prevent damage to the system. Unfortunately, under these conditions, the pool cannot be heated effectively, regardless of settings. The spa, by contrast, uses a different heating system, which is why it was able to heat normally. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when guests specifically choose a heated pool, and we regret the frustration this caused. As for electricity usage, the property is billed based on actual consumption at the same rate charged by the local utility provider, without markup. This approach allows us to keep nightly rates fair for all guests rather than increasing prices to account for high-usage scenarios. We understand that increased attempts to heat the pool contributed to higher usage during this unusually cold period. Concerning the pool screen: the enclosure was damaged during the recent hurricane, which affected many properties in the area. Recovery and repairs are ongoing throughout the neighborhood, and we appreciate your understanding as the area continues to rebuild. We regret the inconvenience caused by wildlife accessing the pool area and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your balanced review and your understanding of the extraordinary circumstances surrounding weather and post-hurricane conditions. We’re confident that under normal weather conditions, future guests will be able to fully enjoy the pool as intended. Thanksgiving Week

I reserved this house for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is (mostly) accurate to the pictures. 7 weeks prior to my reservation the area took a direct from Cat 5 hurricane Ian. I reached out to VRCC and was told repeatedly "there is no damage to the house." Now, the entire area is a disaster zone but our only option was to go or just lose our entire rental fee. Upon arrival there was no water to the fridge and the primary bedroom comforter had clearly not been laundered. Gross. The pool cage was missing the screen from the entire front and 8 screen panels on the roof. The home next door is under construction so we listened to loud music, air guns and power tools from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM every day. The entire area is a construction zone due to the hurricane so noise came from everywhere. With nothing to do but be at the vacation house we tried to enjoy it. With no screen on the pool cage my daughter and I were covered in sawdust from the construction next door when we tried to enjoy the pool/deck and there is nothing keeping the ducks from drinking out of the pool and making a landmine of duck poop out of the pool deck. The local management company is very responsive and helpful and made sure we understood that they are not associated with VRCC. I expect a host to care about my vacation experience(i.e. not expecting me to vacation in a disaster area) and not just my money. Will be renting elsewhere in the future.

Modern Living

This is a very modern home. The layout is great, pool is perfect, very quiet relaxing neighborhood. Plenty of shopping close by. Just a couple of things to note. The entire back of the home is windows and doors. The only rooms that have window coverings are the bedrooms. In the afternoon the sun is blaring through the back windows. One night we actually wore sunglasses while we ate dinner. We started waiting until after 7pm to eat so we were not cooking in the sun. If you like privacy, this might not be for you. Also, the pictures show an empty lot on the right side of the home. Well that is now a construction site. It should be mentioned to expect this. I would have found another rental if I knew about it. The listing also mentions a dock which I was expecting and looking forward to for fishing. There is no dock with this home, we had to stand on the sea wall to fish.

Beautiful House Beautiful Stay

Cape Coral was a beautiful place to visit and having a beautiful house to stay in was even better. The check in was simple. The house was GORGEOUS and clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. The pool was fabulous! I asked for it to be cleaned one evening and it was clean by the next day. I could have spent days in that pool. I would definitely stay here again. The neighbors were quiet. The ducks in the canal came and visited every day. It was simply peaceful. We will miss this house!

Absolutely perfect!

This place surpassed our expectations. It is a dream home. My husband and I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment here. I am a germaphobe so travelling can be difficult, but I did not think about it once here. It is spotless and extremely well maintained. There’s no stuffiness, no fluff. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need; there is tons of linen and pool towels; the rain shower is sublime; the tub is large and deep; the bed is super comfy; and the entertainment center has every option you may need. The place is large and roomy, too. We spent all of our time out back. The view of the canal (and the abundant wildlife in it!) is relaxing. The pool is perfect size and super well maintained. We worked and ate right there, poolside, at the large dining table—and lounged with a glass of wine on the outside couch in the evening. Even the lighting is thought-through. It’s just paradise, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The managers are also nearby and readily available. We could not locate the pool/hot tub remote, but they came right over to help us figure it out. (To no avail, but they responded!) The neighborhood is quiet and safe. p.s: If you enjoy seafood, please visit the Lobster Lady right around the corner. We picked up fresh seafood every day to cook at home, and it was always delicious. Overall, best stay we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place … and wish we could buy it for ourselves :)!!

Nice home

The property looked exactly like pictures... high end furnishings and electronics made you feel at home... bed's were comfortable... pool and outdoor space was the main feature... very nice pool and view of canal... fishing was ok outback... catfish for days...

Fun stay with friends, but not a true 4 bedroom.

We had 8 adults (4 couples) stay here to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was beautiful and we had a great time. However, we were very upset with the 4th "bedroom". It's a small room by the front door with 4 walls and a bed. No closet, no dresser, no drawers. Nowhere to put clothes or any belongings at all. Our luggage barely fit laying down on the ground. We had to draw names to see which couple got "the closet" as we called it. As the person who booked this house for the group, I was embarrassed that this was one of the 4 bedrooms. Other than that, we really enjoyed this property, especially the outdoor pool area.

Family vacation

The home was beautiful, spacious and was exactly as the pictures showed. One of the biggest draws to the home was it was pet friendly, this allowed our whole family to enjoy the trip. Great floorplan. The management company was very helpful. I only have two negatives about the home. The description was not 100% truthful. Description stated short trip out to the Gulf. It took an hour to navigate through the channels in a no wake zone. It was a beautiful, peaceful ride but took longer than expected. The other was that the hot tub stopped heating on day 2. They could not get it working before we left. A little disappointed as my husband loves to soak in the early mornings to relieve muscle aches. I would recommend this property to others, plenty of space, ckean, nice beds, friendly staff and boat rental was a great plus.

Beautiful Property/ Accurate Description

The pictures and description of the property are very accurate. Comfortable and beautiful home in a lovely location. Close to some things, but private and very neighborhood-y. We would return to this location for relaxation. One down side was the need to buy extra paper products, as the supply was limited to one item each bathroom. It would be an extra touch to provide some generic laundry supplies because to purchase them on a short vacation involves buying a larger quantity than needed. Overall we were delighted with this property.

A great home to vacation in.

The property was fantastic. The home was awesome, the pool was great and it was very clean. It was a great home to vacation in. We did have one small issue; the grill was not in good condition and needed to be replaced. Overall the home was awesome and we would book again at this location!

Amazing

This was one of our favorites, we have stayed in homes in Cape Coral 4 times and this was the best! The beds were comfy, the home was clean and the pool area was fantastic! Andy, the property manager was helpful and made our stay great! We would definitely stay here again our family had a great experience and that means everything to us. Chilling by the pool

Awesome house!

The house is beautiful! Check in was easy and all my questions were answered promptly! There was four couples and we had plenty of room for us all. Really enjoyed the pool and jaccuzi. We rented the boat that came with property and had a great time using it! Definitely recommend renting this house.

Total Relaxation

This house was exactly as shown on the VRBO website. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The furnishings were just beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were used frequently. We loved the floor plan of the house. It allows for privacy in each bedroom and bath. A most beautifully decorated house!
