It is only 50 feet from the beach access boardwalk, directly across the cul-de-sac. Rogue Wave boasts the tallest upper deck on the street - from this wonderful view, you can take in views of the ocean and sound!

The great room with a soaring ceiling is a comfortable place to relax indoors and watch a show/movie on the 55-inch smart TV while being surrounded by charming nautical décor and original artwork. The tiled gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and commercial ice maker will give you a great spot to cook up some tasty meals that can be enjoyed at the large dining table. With five spacious bedrooms, there are plenty of places for any vacationer to rest up from the day's activities. Two bedrooms are main bedrooms, with a workspace in one bedroom along with a large two-person spa-jacuzzi tub to relax and forget about things for a while.

When taking a break from the beach, you can choose from over six different smart TVs which are connected to streaming services and loaded with Netflix. Other entertainment setups include a stereo/CD player with surround sound in the main living room, an extensive DVD library, as well as lots of board games and puzzles for both adults and kids. In addition to this, there is a game room with a foosball table and retro 2-person arcade. This home also includes access to community amenities in Avon like a pool and tennis courts, as well as being only three blocks from the grocery store and dining options.
