High Hopes' will be realized when you stay at this lovely four-bedroom, two-bathroom family retreat in Avon. This oceanfront home is situated in a natural, maritime garden providing you a wondrous outdoor setting with easy access to the beach via the boardwalk and in a great location close to local stores and restaurants. South-facing furnished decks will afford you great views of the ocean and a glimpse of the peaceful sound.

High Hopes offers comfortable and pleasing furnishings and decor inside, with a spacious living/dining room combination with a high ceiling and exposed beams. Colorful decorations and wood-paneled walls offer a warm atmosphere and a variety of restful sleeping options are available in the four bedrooms. Enjoy additional views of the ocean from the eight-person dining table or breakfast bar as you feast on delicious seafood or stretch out on one of the comfortable couches in front of the TV. An additional TV, two VCR players, a DVD player, and a stereo/CD player are ready to provide some relaxing indoor entertainment when you need a break from the beach.

Other great amenities at High Hopes include wireless, high-speed internet access for your laptop, ground-level storage and utility room, convenient, covered parking directly beneath the home, and an outdoor charcoal grill. Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras, located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon.Pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
