Situated on nearly 4 acres on a quiet stretch off Highway 101, this peaceful paradise has a private path to an uncrowded section of the beach.

With 2,475 square feet of luxe living space, this retreat offers plenty of room to unwind. High ceilings, skylights, and a fireplace create a warm and open vibe, while a large deck and sunroom offer choice spots to take in the beautiful vistas.

LIVING AREA

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer dazzling ocean views in the living area, while a cozy electric fireplace provides added allure. Kick-back on the sofa bed and stream favorite shows on the smart TV.

A charming sunroom offers the perfect spot to tuck away with a good book or simply enjoy the sweeping vistas.

KITCHEN & DINING

Sharpen your culinary skills in the large kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. Concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar while dinner simmers.

When you’re ready to eat, find plenty of dining space between two four-person tables.

BED & BATH

This spacious home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms, a loft, and a futon in the loft.

Wake up to expansive ocean views in the primary suite, which features a king bed and a balconette. The large en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.

Two more bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Between the two, a guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

Open to the living room below, the loft provides a full-size futon, desk, and reading nook with board games. (This bonus sleeping space receives morning light.)

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The wraparound deck showcases front-row ocean views. Relax and enjoy the panoramas while dinner sizzles on the grill.

A private beach path offers direct access to the soft sand.

This three-story home is not equipped with air-conditioning and is accessed via a flight of stairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
