This Ocean Front Studio offers incredible Ocean and Beach views, as well as the Condado Lagoon and city in one of the best urban waterfront locations. Studio is located next to the Caribe Hilton hotel and walking distance to 2 popular Beaches, water sports at Condado Lagoon, 20 + Restaurants, Shops and Old San Juan. Easy access to the Historic 17th Century San Cristobal fort a the base of the complex featuring events and historical tours. 5 Minutes away from new entertainment center featuring bars, restaurants, events and the famous Toro Verde zip line and store.

The Studio sleeps 4 Guest in a King bed and a Full size sofabed, a kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Relax in your balcony overlooking the Condado Beach, Lagoon and Ocean. Condado Lagoon Villas features a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, jo Laundry Room, Full Power Generator and Water Tank.

Great Condo

Exactly as advertised. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view for morning coffee and evening drinks. Short walk to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. Uber was super easy for longer jaunts. Sally was an incredible host who frequently asked how she could be of assistance. Highly recommend this place.

What a view

Loved the studio. Great location for us. We walked to condado, old San Juan and Miramar. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will stay here again. Great experience !

Amazing water view with central location

We enjoyed our stay immensely because of the apartment’s walkability to Old San Juan, Condado and Santurce. The view of the lagoon is unbeatable, so we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Our host, Sally, was gracious and highly responsive during our entire 4 week stay.

Beyond accommodating!

Our host Sally was beyond accommodating! She helped with delicious places to dine in multiple areas. The condo was clean, refreshing, and magical! The views were some of the best in my opinion. Private enough, yet so close to everything! Sally was so gracious and always checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay! In my personal opinion, I think the view from this room was better than the Hilton right next door! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

The property was in a great location, very beautiful scenery. The pictures didn’t do the property justice, we were very impressed with the line of communication also. I suggest anyone looking to stay in Puerto Rico book this property. We will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect location with gorgeous view

Perfect location and apartment size for a long weekend vacation!! Gorgeous view, super comfortable bed, nice pool area with jacuzzi… far to park and small bathroom… but other than that perfect stay and experience. Host was super responsive and reliable! Thanks definitely will come back soon…

Weeklong Honeymoon

Lovely balcony with great view. Ocean breezes and a well equipped studio apartment with thoughtful extras like beach chairs and even binoculars to watch for local wildlife. And our host, Sally was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

25th Anniversary

Great location. Quiet & peaceful overlooking the lagoon with a view of the ocean. Close walk to Escambron beach, quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Close car rental nearby for day trips to rainforest or discovering other parts of PR. Host/owner was wonderful.

Perfect Stay

Great communication, great location and perfect apartment for one or two travelers! The view is amazing and the host is a pleasure to work with. Plenty of restaurants close by and perfect proximity to Old San Juan. Close to activities but the building itself was nice, quiet and secure. This will definitely be my go to rental on future visits to Puerto Rico! Thank you for a wonderful experience Sally!

Great location for Puerto Rico stay.

The condo was very clean which is key for me, and exactly as advertised, but even better than the pictures. Our host followed up promptly on all questions. We are grateful to Sally for her added help on this one. The condo also had a cooler, chairs, and towels to use for the beautiful beaches walking distance away. Puerto Rico is a great place to visit. The key for success is careful planning ahead of time, so you know where to go before you arrive. We hope to return in the future.

Awesome unit overlooking the coastline

I stayed for 4 days in March 2024 to attend a conference at the nearby Hilton. The unit is exactly as described in the pictures. Sally, the owner, is extraordinarily responsive and available by cell if questions arise. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Great Old San Juan trip

Property was as described. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. There are 2 towels and 2 chairs for the beach. Very nice beach 1/4 of a mile walk at most. Places to eat nearby. Old San Juan was a 1.5 mile walk along the beautiful ocean/beach and tons of places to eat and drink. The castles are incredible. We saw orca whales breaching in the ocean. Great trip and great condo to stay in. Views of the ocean were awesome.

Highly Recommend

Our holiday stay was enjoyable and peaceful. The view of the ocean was excellent from the balancing. The location was amendable to the local grocery store and dining. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean with a nicely renovated space. The check in and out process was seamless. We appreciate the property management being responsive to our request. Outstanding experience and a great host

Our experience was outstanding since we set our foot on this Villa. Location is excellent! Right on the waterfornt and full oceanview. The room is very clean with a small but neat and beautiful balcony facing the ocean. Most tours pick you up from the Villa or just a one min walk. Neaby restaurants are plenty. TV has Netflix and other channels to watch. Pool and Gym is great. Highly secured villa complex. Our host Sally was very responsive and went out of the way to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this!

Nice BUT!

The room was nice but the dishwasher was out of order and the bed is very uncomfortable, (very hard.) The sheets did not stay on the bed we ended up sleeping on the mattress half way thru most nights.The air conditioner blows directly on the bed , the bathroom has no counter space. They do provide adequate kitchen items but we had to rewash almost everything we used before using it and the room was not cleaned very well. The view of the bay from the balcony was very nice.All in all it was less than we expected.
