Plus, you're within easy reach of theme parks and area attractions! The private pool, fully screened is sure to provide hours of fun for the whole. Relax in poolside loungers or enjoy happy hour and alfresco meals at the patio table set for four. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher - and all the counter prep space you need to create and serve delicious, homemade dishes. Sip morning coffee or grab a quick bite to eat at the four-seater breakfast bar. Full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for eight. Sprawl out on the luxe, grey-leather sofa in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the huge, wall-mounted smart TV. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Two bedrooms and a shared, full bathroom can be found on the first floor. Younger guests will love staying in the Star Wars room featuring an expansive mural and themed bedding. The second guest room is equipped with a flatscreen TV. Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite includes a flatscreen TV and attached bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The fourth guest room includes a flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Another kid's room on this level comes adorned with a mural of Mickey Mouse and Friends. A shared, hall bathroom is available for guests of this room.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
