Welcome to Paradise Palms 767! This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome is tucked away in a private tropical oasis along Grand Lake St. Marys in Celina, OH!
As you walk in from the covered front porch, you will be welcomed with a fully furnished living room with a Smart TV – the perfect spot to put your feet up after a long day on the water. Cable and internet are also provided. There is also a well-equipped kitchen that is filled with all your needs to cook your favorite homecooked meals. A half bathroom is also conveniently located right off of the kitchen.
Make your way on up to the second floor and find two private bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. You’ll be able to start your morning out on the private balcony connected to the master bedroom which overlooks the lake and the pool. But wait, there’s more! The top floor of the penthouse has the best view of them all. This space is perfect for entertainment and lounging. Flip on the Smart TV to watch your favorite shows, play a game of shuffleboard, hangout on the balcony, or even mix your favorite drinks at the dry bar. There is also another private bedroom and full bathroom on this floor.
The penthouse includes a private, attached one-car garage in the basement as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Boardwalk Village guests will have access to enjoy both pools, grills, outdoor dining areas, a four-season pool house, yard games, and more. Free parking is also available for guests. Guests will receive a door code prior to arrival for an easy self-check-in.
We’re just minutes from downtown Celina, where there you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. You can walk, bike, or rent a golf cart to explore the area.

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 8. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is 2 bedrooms upstairs on the second floor, each with a queen bed along with 1 bedroom, with a queen bed, on the third floor.
PARKING: This penthouse comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. There is also an attached one-car garage on the lower level of the penthouse that you can park in. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.
POOL: We will provide 8 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only. *Pool Season: May - September (time frame may change depending on weather)* *Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*
PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, Glistening Gem, and Sunny Shores.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.
BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!
BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.
SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!
FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Rush Sports Complex. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.
BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!
COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out!
WEEKLY/MONTHLY OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS: We offer a 15% weekly discount if you stay 7+ nights and a 30% monthly discount if you stay 30+ nights. These discounts are valid during our OFF-SEASON months only (October-April). The discount codes can be applied at the time of booking your reservation but are not valid if you are taking advantage of our extended stay program. We have the right to remove the discount code from your reservation if you are staying in a unit that is part of our extended stay program. The below details will show the validity period for each discount code:

**The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property. Do take this into consideration when booking as there will be construction work going on during this time frame from 8am-4pm during the week. The crews will be cognizant of guests staying during this time and will keep noise as minimal as possible while still trying to stay on schedule to completion. Thank you for your understanding!**

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM. Please vacate the unit on time so our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare for our next guests. Please close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Late departures will be charged $75. Our housekeeping staff has carefully cleaned, stocked and inventoried this unit prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain the inventory by placing items back where they belong so we can keep our level of quality for all guests. If the rules are overlooked or there is excessive cleaning required, extra charges will be added to your reservation.

Better Than Anticipated
Boardwalk Village, Grand Lake, and Celina were better than we envisioned. The property was very clean and perfectly appointed. There are fantastic restaurants nearby in downtown. We enjoyed seeing the deer, rabbits and other wildlife close by at the park. We will visit again.

Great Lake House
The house was clean and neat. It really felt like we were at a “beach house.” There was plenty of room for everyone and the ample bathrooms were nice. The hosts provided a great binder full of information about the area. Checkout was so simple. The pool was nice and the view of the lake was incredible. There aren’t really any true beaches in which to swim in the lake, however, so definitely consider renting a pontoon boat for a day or two. The Armstrong Space Museum and a bowling alley in town were perfect for a rainy day. We also went to the water park in Wapakoneta for a day and had great time. We’d look forward to coming back for a long weekend!

Nice getaway on the lake
This townhouse is new, clean and in a great location. Did not get to take access of the pool or outdoor areas as it was very cold out. Also, if you do have 8 people, the pullout couch was on the first floor with only the half bath access. It would have made more sense to have that located on the third floor where there is access to full bath. Also, just note the noise from street is very noticeable in the bedrooms. Otherwise great property and host was easy to communicate with.
